We had such a wonderful experience at Restaurant Victor at Mont Gabriel! The pasta special with duck was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavour. You can really tell the care that goes into every dish. What made the night even better was how accommodating the staff were. They happily took care of my picky eater son with a simple plate of fries and ketchup, no hesitation at all, which made things so much easier for us as parents. They also surprised him with a little treat for his birthday. Between the delicious food, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful service, it was a perfect dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Un buffet de Pâques tout simplement exceptionnel — bien au-delà de nos attentes. Une expérience remplie de belles surprises et d’attentions soignées, avec une mention spéciale pour les desserts proposés en circuit à l’extérieur et au bar, une touche originale et très appréciée. Et le vin chaud… absolument parfait. Un grand merci également au personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant, dont le service attentionné, professionnel et chaleureux a grandement contribué à rendre ce moment mémorable du début à la fin.

Le Victor fait partie des rares restaurants certifiés Aliments du Québec dans les Laurentides, et ça se ressent autant dans l’assiette que dans l’expérience globale. Les plats sont savoureux, bien exécutés et mettent en valeur des produits locaux de qualité. Mention spéciale au poisson du jour, la morue, parfaitement cuite, qui fond littéralement dans la bouche, un vrai coup de cœur! Et que dire de la crème brûlée, tout simplement exquise et parfaitement caramélisée. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné, on s’y sent accueilli dès l’arrivée. Le décor moderne et élégant ajoute à l’ambiance, parfait autant pour un souper entre amis que pour une soirée plus spéciale.
