Teppanyaki

Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word is derived from teppan, which means iron plate, and yaki, which means grilled. Seafood is flavoured with white wine, meats are flavoured with red wine, and both are seasoned in a soy and butter sauce
