We were disappointed with the restaurant. We made a reservation because we had visited the Madrid location—which was spectacular—but the Barcelona experience was the exact opposite. The service was very poor and everything was slow; my wife ordered the hamburger, but it was heavily over-seasoned, as were the fries. The service was sluggish and far from courteous—in fact, we are still waiting for the cappuccino my wife ordered. We definitely left feeling let down.

Everything was delicious the bread and butter. The Iconic Burger Bull. This was 2 baby slider burgers with the restaurant’s signature Bull sauce but you get 2 servings very delicious and the steak was magnificent. Great customer service.

This is supposed to be a Michelin Star restaurant in our hotel. The steak is tough and not much taste, the chicken wing has no taste either, the roasted eggplant is just ok, the only good thing is the Lobello Cherry tomatoes salad. Service was so so. I won't recommend this restaurant.

We went to Lena Barcelona for dinner (two people) and left extremely disappointed. The night started badly when we were given an uncomfortable curved couch table and were initially refused a change; only when I said we would leave did they find us a better table. After moving, we were ignored for about 20 minutes before anyone brought water or a drink menu. I asked for a wine menu and was told they have 700 wines, no list, and that a sommelier would come to the table. No sommelier ever appeared and nobody offered us wine at any point. We were also surprised to be charged 8€ for two pieces of hard bread and butter, and 4€ for plain still water. Food-wise, the smoked burrata was fine but nothing special. The dry-aged ribeye with potato purée was the real letdown. I ordered the steak medium, but it arrived in about 7 minutes, sliced thin, completely undercooked and cold inside, as if it had just come from the fridge. When I pointed this out, the server just said “ok” with no apology. They took it away and brought back what seemed like the same steak briefly reheated: closer to medium but chewy, with a large amount of fat for what is supposed to be a 600 g cut. Service and attitude were poor throughout. The host was not welcoming, and at the end the check was dropped on the table without a “thank you” or “how was everything.” For a place that promotes itself with Michelin Guide credentials and charges premium prices, the service, cooking, and overall hospitality were far below expectations. One star out of five, and I hope they seriously rethink their standards.
