   Visited lilly's with my older son and teen daughter it was 4pm on Saturday, place was quiet, the girls at the bar and girls serving the food were lovely and polite, food arrived quickly and was really nice..I seen some of the reviews after i booked so i was sceptical but I really couldn't fault them or the food we would definitely come back again

    Service was very poor. Didn’t bring drinks for nearly 1 hour. Went up after 30 minutes oh we lost your order and gave us a pen and paper and told us to write it down again and drop it back to them. Would of been quicker to go into Kavanagh’s and bring in a drink. Not like Lilly’s used to be.

    Very slow service, waiting for drinks for 25 minutes when it wasn’t very busy. Table was dirty had to wait 15 minutes after booking time or table. Overall service needs to improve

    The whole experience was a disgrace we waited at least twenty minutes each time we ordered a drink and that’s only if they remembered to actually get it ! The food was below average considering the price . The place was freezing we were sitting in front of the door so every time that opened we we’re blown out of it the service was that bad that we waited half hour for a drink and just left . Won’t be back again very disappointed.

    There were 5 in our group. We waited 30mins for a jug of water, 45mins for our first drinks & 90mins for our food. No supervisor apparently. Loads of staff but all inexperienced. Food was excellent as always though.

    We got the steak, it was cooked the way we wanted. The mushrooms were a high light on the plate. Potato cubes would have complimented the dish more over having chips with the steak. The truffle chips were alright. Cocktails were nice. Service was very good staff were lovely.

    The service was shocking.!! Got one drink in 1 hour an a half Staff to busy talking to each other only person that was working was the girl that was making the cocktails. I won’t be back that’s for sure wouldn’t waste my time or money.!

    Food was lovely. Service was shocking. One staff member in particular was very rude. Service was slow. Staff standing around on their phones with no interest in being there. I think I’ll go to Kelly’s Steakhouse in future!

    Food was amazing but the level of service was very poor. Sat down and we were ordered 2 cocktails and water and it took 25 minutes for us to get our cocktails even though a table tbag ordered after got theirs before us. We had to call a staff member to take our order as they kept walking past us after 40 minutes of sitting there. Even though we were done our starters we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the table to be cleared and another 15 for our mains. The place was quiet enough aswell so I don’t know what the issue was. This level of service did dampen the mood for a celebration. I would currently recommend on food only. This is not my first time here but this time was not enjoyable nor was the last.

    Arrive for our meal and was seated at our table like requested, found that the floor staff was very Inexperienced at waiting tables we place our order and it came out wrong gave us the wrong order and placed someone else oder down infront of us when they reliesed this they removed the person order from our table to the correct table which we found very unhygienic as the plate was handled by us ??,when we did get our order food was slightly cold ,We had drinks to the table which we had to ask on a few occasions the floor staff to clear the table which could be clearly seen was stacking up and they kept walking passed with empty trays in there hands ,we weren't even finished our meal when we were handed a bill which we found very very strange as we were hand a dessert menu and we hadn't even our order in also being giving a cocktails menu ,and when we went to get them we are told that ye are too busy and weren't serving them (wasn't busy and 10 to 12 staff walking around looking at each other ??) Over all our experience was unpleasant and we will not be recommending it to friends or rushing back to dine with ye

    Unfortunately we did not have food in the end as I was ordering a pizza and was told after 10 minutes that the chef did not have any ham or sweetcorn to put on my pizza and was just cheese alright. I cancelled our order and we were finishing our drinks when a waiter arrived with my husband food when we told him we had cancelled he grunted at us and walked away

    Staff were so slow to do anything taking orders wrong 1 member of the group had to wait 20 minutes after the rest of the group for her meal because they got order wrong and it was not even busy when we were there

    Excellent food and choice of food. Service was a bit weak one of the girls dinners came out fifteen minutes after the rest of the tables. Also drinks were forgotten to be put through and took 40 minutes or more to come.
