Fun atmosphere, great food and the service was fantastic. Going back again this week for more.
Mixed review. I had spaghetti carbonara and it was horrible. Watery and no taste. My husband had branzino and liked it. Pizza looked delicious but we didn’t order it. Not sure I’d go back. I’m suspicious of Italian restaurants that can’t make spaghetti
We went there based on online advertised early bird special that they did not honor.
Excellent evening out with vary good recommendations from our server!
Excellent service by Marina. It was a busy night but she gave us a ton of special attention and was a pleasure. Good was good. Patio was nice. Great New Years Eve spent with friends!
Wanted to like it but it was very rushed , the pasta dish didn’t have what the menu said it was going to have seafood wise. All we had was a bit of salmon. It was terribly crowded. Servers kept running into our chairs and table. Not worth the money either. Waitress was very nice not her fault. Sorry we won’t be back. Very disappointed
First of all, our server was great and so were the drinks. The food lacked flavor and the menu listed here is not the menu at the restaurant. Will not be returning.
Crowded, noisy, dirty restaurant. Overall poor service and mediocre food for the price.
Ratings largely based on Christmas week pricing vs. Value. Food was OK, service very good (they were hustling), ambience as expected with a full house. I’d try the Specials (before 6pm) if I return.
Unfortunately, We didn’t have a pleasant experience.
May have just been bad service due to
New Year’s Eve week. Otherwise great.
Very loud-no specials as we thought per normal and very very overpriced for what you get. Drinks were 14-15 each and meal was 24 for noodles and chicken - and no starters. Very bright inside until about 6pm so ambiance didn’t match watch we had to pay: beautiful scenery outside and only street parking which was packed. May come back someday
Food was okay. Not overly hot when it was delivered to the table. The sauce on the ravioli was obviously sitting for a while as it was congealed.
Portions are small.
Service was terrible. We asked for more bread when we ordered. We asked again as entrees were delivered because it never came. The bread arrived after we finished our meal (seriously?) Water glasses were never refilled. Noise level was not conducive to conversation.
We had a late lunch early dinner on Xmas eve. This is more of a pizzeria rather than a restaurant. We were looking for a more upscale experience.
Italian Restaurant Wannabe
Great location. Very nice website with pictures of menu plates, but the only problem is that when you get your food it doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. We sat on the patio outside because of concerns over omicron and the music was so loud it was unbearable. If you are concern about the virus, then stay away because none of the employees’ wear masks, the tables outside are extremely close together and the floor pavers have never been washed. It makes you wonder if the kitchen is the same way. A tourist trap by definition.
Unfortunately their food is not more typical Italian - it is hefty "Americanized". This does not mean the food is not good - I only missed the typical Italian preparation.
My first impression was that the restaurant was low class from the time we walked up to the sidewalk hostess station. Several employees stood on the sidewalk of the outside patio and aggressively solicited people walking by to entice them to dine at their establishment.
My opinion, is that it is a shady restaurant operation, that one would encounter in South Beach in Miami.
Service and Food was mediocre at best and certainly was not up to the level of a 5th Ave restaurant in downtown Naples :-(
Great restaurant with reasonable prices and always a great meal. I highly recommend!
Previous visits to this restaurant were good. This visit was not good. We had to ask for our server to place our order. Then waited awhile for our salads. They eventually came out. As expected the main course came out before we finished our salads. The person delivering the food knocked over the salad dressing which spotted my wife’s clothes. The food was good but not hot. The kitchen definitely had a problem. Our server a very nice young lady apologized but the manager never came by to see how things were. We may go back but not in season.
Food was very good, however the service was questionable. They forgot to put our entrees in and rarely checked on us. Waters were often empty
Good food. Good service.
Great casual place that is kid friendly. This is not the place to go if you are out to pick up someone or a romantic dinner. Surprisingly the pizza was excellent which is rare for Florida (NY and NJ pizza raises the standard considerably for me). You can tell the dough is fresh and made on-site. I had the linguini with seafood and the quantity and quality of the seafood was great. Had a glass of rose and it was a great pour so good value. Would go back again!
Love the yellow pepper sauce w/ ravioli. The 3 course $20 meal is fabulous!!
Great dinner - wonderful atmosphere.
Outdoor seating was beautiful. Bread came it was old and stale. We ordered fried calamari for appetizer. It was uncooked. Salad came after that. Had no taste. My mom had the gnocchi I had the mushroom risotto. Very disappointed. The risotto was dry and salty and the gnocchi was like soup. On top of that we never saw the waiter unless he brought a plate. Overall. Would never go back.
The waiter was very cordial and friendly with great service meal was delivered in a timely manner and we had a delicious meal with our family
Lovely Italian food with a great view of Fifth Ave and all the activity there!
All 4 meals were atrocious. Cold, stale, sloppy. They should close down and revamp the recipes, ingredients and chefs. From the bread to the entrees the food looked and tasted like they came from a frozen box. Should’ve tried the Italian place next door
Waitress took forever to take order and never refilled waters. Can certainly understand when busy, but at least acknowledge the situation and don't be rude.
Didn’t seem to acknowledge reservations. Food was sub par, server was friendly but failed to clear, check for refills, check on food or offer dessert.
Music was sometimes annoying and loud
Veal parmigiana dinner priced too expensive
Sat outdoors, great people watching as they strolled 5th Ave. (the main shopping l/restaurant drag). Good food. Service was slow, staff a bit overwhelmed. But our waitress was pleasant.
Terrible. We waited over an hour for our food then heard the cook left
We got seated initially staring inside a dark restaurant
The food was not very good. Pasta is not that hard to make. The service was slow. The hostess dropped a wine glass at the hostess stand and left the shattered pieces of glass all over the floor/sidewalk. I don’t know if it was ever cleaned up after we left.
Environment was nice. Good location on 5th Ave. Food was a bit disappointing.
