    Large group of 16 of us dined at Luca, everyone was so accommodating. Staff very attentive, all my guests loved the food, the service, the drinks and the atmosphere. We sat out the front (great for big groups), wished we had done the feed me option, great value. Pizzas were perfection, fluffy crusts and crispy base, ingredients were top notch - nothing was missed. Will be returning!!!

    Our waiter was great explained everything about the menu- spot on ! Food took a long time to come out, the entrees came out with mains. Not ideal!

    Good pasta and excellent service. The waitress asked if we were going to the show afterwards, we were and so our meals came out quickly and we had plenty of time to enjoy them.

    Such a disappointment and unpleasant experience. I informed my waiter of my garlic allergy, requesting if he could check with chef as to what I could order from the menu that had no garlic. Whilst the waiter was trying to be helpful, the chef couldn’t be bothered with my request. Their comment was “everything on the menu has garlic” My waiter tried to assist but was not getting much co- operation from the chef/ cook/ head of kitchen. I was made to feel like I was just too much trouble. Had it not been that I was with a group of friends, I would have left. I am NEVER going back to this place.

    We were advised on arrival that our booking was limited to one hour. While we understand restaurants need to manage bookings, we would have appreciated knowing this when we made the reservation rather than after we arrived. Unfortunately, combined with feeling rushed by the service, it made the experience feel more stressful than enjoyable. The food was lovely, but clearer communication beforehand would have made a big difference.
