    Our server could not have been nicer but she seemed a bit inexperienced. It was noisy, and because it was so early in the evening, they accommodated us by turning the music down, which I thought was lovely. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. I requested a round table and they accommodated us. The food was excellent!

    Our server Manny was attentive and friendly. The food came out fast and was delicious. A little loud to talk but otherwise a great experience.

    The waitress was very helpful, but the food was poor and overpriced. The overall service was extremely slow. My husband and I ordered the linguini with clams, and the clams were loose and gooey, and the garlic cream sauce was not flavorful. We complained and ordered the linguini with a marinara sauce, and asked to not include the clams. Well, they included the clams on my husband’s dish, and luckily did not include them in mine. But they still charged my husband for his. Even the Marinara sauce was not very tasty at all. Our friends ordered the chicken dish and the Branzino and those dishes seemed like they were good. The Branzino was so expensive at $55. And for a Chicken dish, it was $37, also on the high side. The Pizza appetizer was very poor to average. The restaurant offered to comp one dessert for the whole table of five people. Then we had to wait such a long time to arrive at the table. We would never return to this restaurant.

    We had the most amazing dinner! If you want to be treated like royalty and love Italian food this is the place for you! The ambience is perfect for date night or any special celebration. You feel like you walked into a square in Florence. Olive trees, umbrellas, live music, fine table cloths, and linens. There are sauce cooks for six hours! They serve olives and cheese as well as hot rustic bread with your typical olive oil oil and vinegar dip. The tomahawk was delicious. Ask for the different dipping sauces to try! I cannot pick my favorite one. They were all good. Management is amazing and if you ask, they will pick the perfect wine for you. We chose a red blend that had the smoothest finish. They even brought it over in a decanter! You can valet park right in the front of the restaurant. I will definitely be back!

    Server checked on us once. Another server checked noticed how long we have been waiting for our check, apologized for the wait THEN went and told her. She came over with complete attitude to drop off the credit card machine, didn’t even say thank you or how was your meal, none the less apologize for keeping us unattended.

    The food was fantastic, and the service was so great! The only reason For 4/5 stars is the noise level in the main inside dining was so loud. The piano player really effects the ability to converse around the table. Sitting outside was the perfect remedy and really enjoyable!

    Great ambiance and service. Caesar salad bites were too large and way overdressed. Pasta and wine were excellent! $20 valet seems excessive for a restaurant of this caliber. Lucrezia is a nice main stream cafe and good for a relatively quiet evening with a nice vibe.
