                Lovely evening here. Food was great and two courses was plenty. Arancini particularly good. Only downside was the service was a bit slow even though we were on express menu. We had to finish up in a hurry even though we had allowed 90 minutes for two courses. Will definitely give it another try though!

                Great food and very friendly, helpful staff. We arrived early and that was no problem for them. We then had to rush to the show and they got our deserts to us straight away

                We took the fixed price menu thinking it would save time to get to show. I was extremely disappointed - the arancini was dry and cold and the snapper still frozen and could have had some chips or veg with it.

                Very disappointed in the prepaid menu meals. Almost inedible. Have dined at Lyrebird before concerts many times and always found their regular menu food really good. Service was still very good. Will still return but not to have the prepaid set menu.

                Lyrebird always presents with calm dignity. The food (high tea, in this instance) was fresh and full of flavour. The wait staff are so very polite and well trained.

                Loved the Express idea, menu and efficiency Question to waitress if entree Mortadella was meat,was answered with consulting to chef that MORTADELLA WAS CHEESE. so my husband choose it. He does not eat meat.BRUSCHETTA was generously loaded with it!!!! Snapper was outstanding. Service lovely, and we were finished after 1 hour But the misinformation re entree could have been avoided. He did not eat the entree.

                Greeted by Rodney, who was very accommodating to changing our table because the seating against the wall was not good for either of our backs. They were fully booked with multiple performances on in the QPAC precinct. We accept one of only two right near the kitchen which was fine by us as we like of like watching a well oiled kitchen. Dylan took care of us during our dining experience and sadly tipping is discouraged not sure why but he was excellent. Entrees wild mushroom arancini and coffin bay oysters both delicious. Main meals were the crab spaghetti and 280g scotch fillet both equally enjoyed and delicious. No dessert and a coffee.
