   Lovely place and staff are so friendly and helpful. Was a quiet night in there for a change but the atmosphere and everything is fab as always. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone.

   Having been to Maisie’s multiple times in the past I was expecting a great night but unfortunately we left after an hour due to the extremely rude staff and underage kids.

   The general review from the experience was poor. First of all the girl who was working didn’t even know that this booking app existed. Second of all, they’ve stopped doing food altogether - even though we were able to book in for food on this app? It was very very quiet, no atmosphere whatsoever. I got a shock as last time I was there there was great food, unreal atmosphere and great cocktails. Now fair enough it’s a Sunday it’d be quiet enough anyway. However, I tried to ring through as well just to double check food was being served and everything, and it didn’t allow me to get through to them! Don’t know what the story is to be honest!

   Be aware this venue is not serving food at present. Booked it sat 4/06 for dinner before a show. Arrived asked for the menu and was told there was no food being served. Extremely disappointed should definitely have this on the site. Had to ring a nearby restaurant for a booking which they took thankfully.

   A lovely night had, although severally under staffed. For a bank holiday Saturday with hens & stags taking part in Athlone, Maisie's providing food & drinks you need more servers. The two servers we had were brilliant , but they were stressed and we were left waiting for long periods of time to be served. Not there fault with huge parties around it was understandable but Management should look into how they should organise it better!

    It was our first time at Maisie’s and the experience was quite disappointing. We booked last minute and were sat upstairs on high chairs. They were quite uncomfortable so we asked if we could sit somewhere else as the place had loads of other seats available. We were told that they were fully booked so we couldn’t change seats. Just so you know, we stayed one hour in there and we saw no one coming to sit around the tables nearby. But fair enough, that’s just a detail. We ordered cocktails, which were brought to our table very fast. They were also very tasty. However, we had to wait 30-35 minutes to get two simple burgers, which was strange as the place wasn’t busy at all. I think it’s a good place for cocktails and to have drinks, but I would not recommend for food.

    Music was very loud for conversation over dinner. Glad that there is a gluten free option. Would have been nicer if the bun was toasted (can be put in toaster bags to toast to keep them gluten free)

    Lovely Place Food is Gorgeous and Service was Top Class .where we were sitting was a bit dark and at a high table when we had requested a standard table but it was busy so it didn't really affect us.

    The only veggie burger was out of stock, something we weren’t made aware of until I tried to order one, I then ordered the only other veggie option on the menu (reccomended to me by the server) and it had a couple pieces of bacon in it… I was brought a replacement salad quickly enough, however it was so-so for the price. Atmosphere was otherwise pretty good, music was great, and drinks/service were spot on.

    Our table for 5 ended up being only 3 on the day and it was no issue at all. Great welcome, felt really safe regarding covid. Table service was prompt and really friendly atmosphere.

    Love Maisie’s. Food is always amazing and I usually love the atmosphere. However, I went with my friends for my birthday on Friday and the music was so loud and the lights were constantly flashing. Had to leave to go somewhere else because it was just too much. Me and my friends Left with a giant headache. So disappointed.

    Love Maisie’s! We go there regularly, just for food, for drinks, or even to have a dance with girl friends. Best place in athlone ! Super chic, has more of a city vibe love it

    Excellent from the minute we walked in, the manager even opened early for us, we booked for 2pm they don't usually open until 4pm. So kind of them, the staff are brilliant and so friendly. Will definitely be back.

    Went for a hen party yesterday with a group of 23. Everything was brilliant but the thing that stood out the most was the brilliant staff, very efficient fast serving drinks. And the friendliest security staff iv come across. So good to answer questions and have the crack with. (can often find some rude in other places) man on the door and lady showed us to our tables also so lovely. The best part of Maisies is their staff. Will return & recommend

    Great service from everyone we came in contact with. I booked 2 tables for the day after a hen party. Food was just perfect hangover food! Cocktail were gorgeous!

    Good food, great drinks. Staff sat down on the table to take our order. Trying to be friendly but need to be more aware that they can’t do that as made a few people uncomfortable at the table. No harm meant but we are still living with covid so need to be more mindful. Very firstly staff, great DJ, lovely to be back in a pub environment. Great night overall.
