Amazing dinner! Anna was the best hospitality host that we could have had. David’s recommendations were exactly what we didn’t know we needed; a diamond in the rough. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was fantastic! Server was clearly overwhelmed. Obviously rang in our food on the table next to us and vise versa. All of our food went to them and then when their food came to our table we directed it to theirs. They told the food runners the food brought to their table was not theirs and they did nothing about the fact that we didn’t get ours, so we just had to watch the other table eat our food. It went on almost an hour of us being there without getting our apps before asking and then the server said “let me go yell at someone in the kitchen”…. Barry, we all know it was your fault, come on! Anyways, food was great. The flaws in service were never mentioned by anyone and no manager touched the table to say sorry. Great cocktails and wine though.

What a wonderful experience... didn't even notice the view too focused on the incredible menu items and service we received. Attended to celebrate with my sons 18th birthday. Brought a special bottle in which they charged a reasonable $30 corkage.. the sommelier took care of us well, we also bought an excellent Puligny Montrachet. Between the 4 of us everything we had was great, stand outs for our group were the crispy hen eggs, major tots, Scallop crudo, Steak Tartare, Prime Rib and Bone in Striploin. Will definitely be back.

Very good meal. Service was good. Waitress should have introduced herself, I feel that is important. Portion sizes are good, went home feeling satisfied. Baked Alaska was awesome. Hopefully will be back someday!!!

We had an amazing experience at Major Tom! It was our 1st time there and we will be back again. Everything from the view to the food was so much more than we expected. Our server Tash answered all our questions and guided us through the menu, she was an exceptional server.

Brought my mom here for her birthday and had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to have a window seat so we were able to enjoy the views of downtown Calgary. Food was amazing, service was amazing and I will definitely be coming back here again.

The vibe, menu options and creativity were all fantastic! Same with service- it was great! The views, awesome! The food was fun and creative with good flavors but had some issues with proportions - there was more topping than doughnut, for example so that's all you could taste. The biggest issue was the salt - every dish except the desserts was way over seasoned. I'd go again for drinks, appies and a fun time, but likely not for a whole dinner.

The view is great. The food is good quality and definitely enjoyable but not as outstanding in terms of flavour profile as many of the other restaurants in the city. The meat is also good but not as great as many of the other steakhouses in Calgary. That said, the dessert, “baked Alaskan” was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had so that’s a winner!

The ambiance was fabulous! The restaurant was full and the energy was flowing. Everyone greeted us like we were old friends, we felt very comfortable. We had a window seat and watched day go into night. Starting with the crab and shrimp roll and roasted scallops was delicious. Perfect for sharing! Then my date had the American cut prime rib and I had crispy half chicken. We shared bites from each others plates and everything was cooked perfectly. However, we were too full to enjoy a dessert at the end, that will be on the next visit!
