amazing service and amazing food. Staff went above and beyond
The food and atmosphere was excellent. The restaurant lived up to my expectations and previous reviews.
The only minor hiccup was the waitress forgetting one round of our drink orders and not being knowledgeable on gluten free options.
In any case, I would still highly recommend it.
Amazing flavours and excellent service in a relaxed but buzzing atmosphere
Great service, lovely food! Diner with my wife and oldest daughter after a day in Londen. The best end of the day you can imagine.
We really liked the ambience, but i have a suggestion, the waiter did not really help us to choose
It was our first time and we could not decide , and yet we did not end up eating our 2 main dishes
As they were not as good as we expected
We really enjoyed our evening at The Mayfair Kitchen. Loved the tapas concept and the food was very good but I did not give the top rating as there were too many dishes with chilli in, including all four prawn dishes which were spicy! I love prawns but I prefer to be able to taste the shellfish. The crispy sea bass however was terrific and the lobster ravioli although still good, was not as full as the last time I was here. Our waitress was really good though and deserves a special mention, she is from Hungary and her name is similar to Elektra but that is not quite right but I hope she is still identifiable. The ambiance was great too and we will definitely be back.
The staff are absolutely superb at the Mayfair
Very great service and the staff are really friendly and also the food came out quick 😊
Excellent quality food cooked beautifully. Our daughter tried food she wouldn’t have normally eaten and enjoyed the experience. Very attentive staff.
Amazing food and great service with a lovely ambience will definitely return!
Meh. Food was supposedly meant to be "spanish and italian" but looked and tasted like neither - it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. Service was good. Ambience was nice. Nothing stood out in particular. Overall a very average experience.
Great looking venue with really good service and the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it.
Food was good, service was a little slow, but the price was high for what we ordered. Oh well.
We had very good experience, overall from start to the very end. Our party had a variety of needs for long dinner; from a child to a teenager to adults. Joshua was our fantastic waiter and he was able to share very good recommendations, took everyone's needs in to account with positive and cheerful manner. The entire evening was success; menu, food, service & ambience were all great.
Excellent and interesting selection, really good food and service was great
It was fantastic.
We had a great time, the food was excellent, the service superb and overall everyone was very kind and professional. We will definitely return soon!
The waiters was slow w beverage and to fast w the food
Needs more training
Very nice place
We dined at theMayfair Kitchen for Mother’s Day luncheon and all four of us were delighted!
Great place to go to share tapas and drink some great Italian and Spanish wines (had a bottle of each)
One of the best restaurants in Mayfair. Small Tapas dishes but everyone is so tasty. The lamb cutlets and the Lobster Risotto are wonderful. I have been there 4 times with guests and cannot fault the food at all.
Visited here on friday with my husband. Nice laid back atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly and very good at recommending dishes. Mushroom risotto and prawn gambas were amazing but to be fair everything we had was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant
I went to this restaurant a while ago and was impressed. Therefore, when I needed a restaurant in the neighbourhood to host out of town guests I booked it without hesitation.
However, we were all disappointed. Starting from our aperitif order to our coffees the service was poor, things simply did nor arrive on time or at all.
The food was amazing, lots of little dishes that are all so tasty. Although, the waiter told us they recommend to order 2-3 dishes, the risotto was so big I couldn’t finish my second dish which was slightly disappointing.
For the price, in central London it is great food. Although we did get charged £5.25 for a bottle of water that we didn’t ask for it just got brought to us and we assumed it was complimentary.
There is a 15% service charge added on which we payed. I think this is because the waiters were very attentive filling our glasses up constantly and I’m sure lots of people would enjoy this but we found it a bit uncomfortable as waiter did where constantly coming over to the table every few minutes when we could just fill our glasses ourselves.
Overall it was a nice experience and I would highly recommend as the food was really good.
the staff is generally great, very informative. our waiter was able to make recommendations and made sure my food choices were gluten free. The waiter took his time to explain which dishes were gluten free. However, some other waiting staff was a little snooty when asked for direction to the toilets.
Some great dishes, others overwhelmed by heat and I am generally inclined to prefer hot and spicy food
Had a lunch with a friend, interior is fresh and modern, food was good, although it tended to have a bit of a sour taste almost in every dish, maybe it was the chef’s preference. The bill took a while to come, and there was a mistake in the bill, not once but twice, so paying for the lunch took about 20 min. I understand that its a busy lunch time, but service needs to be more careful and considerate.
Came for Valentines Day dinner set menu. Complimentary cocktail was vile. Meal was rushed. 4 courses. Literally had just put fork in for 1st bite of 2nd course and they were bringing out 3rd, had to tell them to take it back till we were done. Table next to us had worse experience they forgot his 2nd course then served his wife dinner when they brought his 2nd course, he tried to explain to them, lost cause. Good food but not worth it. Fastest 4 course meal in history in and out in less than an hour!
Mm myeah. Food is OK, not bad, but nothing special. On the pricey side, but then it's Mayfair
Outstanding food, second to none. Brilliant service throughout.
Great menu and excellent service - I visit often and enjoy the set up
It’s a great place. The food is very good, the place very nice and the service excellent. The waiter Martin is the best ever!
Ok food but nothing special, you will find better tapas elsewhere imho.
The food was excellent, service was exceptional.
Food was very good. Service was slow. Waiter did not come to table unless we waived.
Service a bit OTT. 3 waiters constantly at our table filling water glasses.
apart from this everything else was EXCELLENT as always!!!
Great venue, food and service were great. Slightly pricey for tapas but you are paying for venue location. Not sure about the choice of ambience music but otherwise great experience.
It was great. The service is very good and the food is fantastic
