Food quality is great. Service was very good. Had an issue with one waitress not providing right information but other than that was very good.
It wouild have been nice to be informed that there was only 4 items available on the menu.
The experience at first was low due to the fact that even after booking through the open table app, the restaurant did not have my reservation which was done over 24hrs prior to the day of the reservation. This was followed by follow ups of if I even booked it and even after showing my phone was told to wait.
After such it was a quick experience, though the reservation was to be for over an hour, we were told we just had an hour.
As for the food the only factor I did not appreciate was where were forced into a two course meal, with no alternatives. Though I understand the current restrictions in restaurants would follow a set menu, the fact that a two course was forced and only option should be made well aware on website and social media platforms. Especially if the two course isn't a deal but rather as if I purchased a starter and main separately.
The food though was great and waiter was always around and checking in. She was brilliant.
I have gone to the restaurant on two occasions now, the first being a great experience , the second (this one) unfortunately falling down the scale , it was good and I can't say much more for my experience there.
Myself and my boyfriend came here on the 17th of October. The girl on reception was lovely but the woman in the restaurant that night was a disgrace. She was sighing loudly every two seconds, if you called her she would say “ugh” and then come over. Is she aware this is her job ? No one was being rude or loud in the hotel and she made several couples feel uncomfortable. When everyone left she said “I need these drinks after this” or something along the lines. Definitely won’t be back
