Schön, dass ihr da seid, mit Hunger und Durst im Gepäck. Wir, eure Wolpertinger, freuen uns darauf, euch eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag zu bereiten.
Lang ist es her, dass die beiden Wirte es schade fanden, wie es mit der schönen Wirtshauskultur in ihrer Heimat immer mehr dahin ging. Da wurde es Zeit, etwas zu unternehmen. Darum sind wir jetzt hier und „Da guade Gschmack werd obackt“. Regionalität wird großgeschrieben und alles wird verarbeitet. Getränketechnisch bleiben wir auch in der Heimat, deswegen sind wir bei der Staatsbrauerei. Ebenso zählt der Geist der Heimat bei unseren Obstgeschichten.

    Der angepriesene Schweinebraten war hart, die Soße vermutlich Packung. Die rahmschwammerl wenig Geschmack, Kartoffelsalat war nicht frisch, vermutlich vorgekochte Kartoffeln die bei Bedarf abgemacht werden. Käsespätzle waren o.k. aber ohne Salat und die Zwiebel nicht selbst gemacht und sehr wenig.
