Our cocktail program celebrates both classic techniques and creative interpretations, with thoughtfully crafted drinks designed to make your visit feel like more than just a night out. We invite you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy your experience.

All reservations are allotted 90 minutes. If your table or room remains available beyond your allotted time, you are more than welcome to stay and continue enjoying your evening. Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate parties larger than 8 guests.

    The drinks were good as was the ambience. However, the service made us not want to order another drink. We had a member of our party that flew in internationally and was jet lagged, so they were understandably tired. They didn’t want to order a drink and told the server they were tired but wanted to hang out with the group. The server read this as they were too drunk to be there and that they weren’t falling asleep - they weren’t. After we ordered drinks, the manager came by only bringing one drink. He started saying he needed to come check on us and make sure someone in our party wasn’t sleeping and would need to leave and couldn’t be served. We seriously thought he was joking, but then realized he was being serious. He then berated the group and we had to convince him we were in fact ok and the person was tired from jet lag. Our group was ultimately served, but this experience ruined the vibe for everyone in the party (everyone’s first experience too), so because of this experience, we left after a drink and our party came away from this not wanting to go back or recommend the speakeasy experience here. I understand that bars and managers need to ensure they’re protecting the restaurant, but this could have been handled in a much better way.

    Atmosphere was perfect for hubby and I to sit and talk whilst drinking an expertly curated beverage by the wonderful bartender. I so enjoyed the speak easy vibe! We did not order any food.

    Midnight Cowboy is a unique and unforgettable spot! Before you even walk through the door you feel like you’ve stepped into another era. The atmosphere is intimate and mysterious. It’s cozy and sophisticated and had a positive energy about it. The bartenders come to your table and take your order then go back to the bar to do their magic. One of our drinks came with a Polaroid picture of us and the ice cubes had interesting designs. Even the menu was so interesting and beautifully done that I purchased one to take home. Definitely put this place on your list!

    The juxtaposition of this beautiful, thoughtful place with 6th Street outside is really incredible. Drinks were great, the staff was great, and I just loved the space. 10/10, would come back
