This is my 4th time going. I was sat towards the end of the conveyer belt yesterday. Unfortunately, the rolls that I wanted were gone. Unlike the sushi go round in Japan, you can’t order the rolls you want, if you can’t find them on the belt. Overall, food is good.

Went for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday and had a wonderful time! All the food was exceptional, $1 sake bombs during happy hour were great, and staff was very accommodating. Bullet train is cool, but our appetizers took 30 minutes and a friendly reminder to our server before they arrived. Still would absolutely come back for happy hour again and for the $25 per person all you can eat deal. Would recommend to any and all sushi lovers!

I love this place! Great sushi, the atmosphere was calm. (I went on a weekday on opening hour) Friendly & outstanding service! Server attended to our table and made us laugh a couple times. Definitely will come to this place again. Get the AYCE. My family had about 60 plates. You will save money.

The place is nice ample room. However, the revolving sushi items are of few varities, and the Udon and Ramen broth does not have taste almost like water.

We had reviewed the menu prior to dining and found that menu items were put on more expensive plates than what the menu stated. There we no pink plate sushi items in rotation. Also there were only 5 menu items on the convayer going around over and over for the hour we spent there. We didn't eat sushi due to the fact that there was extremely limited option and we did not want to overpay for menu items because the color plate they were on did not match the menu. Overall a poor experience and will never return. I would much rather take my chances with the long wait list at Kura down the road. They have quality sushi, presentations, prices, and service. Its worth the wait.

We visited a few years back when Mikami was new. We decided to visit again since it's new management. The variety of sushi on the rotating belt AND on the order menu is sparse. The typical basic rolls like a philly, cali, salmon, tuna was not available. Some of the sushi was on the belt the entire time we were there so it wasn't freshly made. The choices for hot food on the iPad was nice, although when I received my miso soup it was luke warm. Mikami has so much potential to rival it's competitor down the street. I'd love to visit again with an updated menu and sushi offering.

The selection was terrible, no salmon, no scallops, no bellies and the fish they did have was not impressive at all. The tuna was mushy. We left still hungry and unsatisfied. We will not be going back.

Terrible customer service, lack of food (a surprise in a conveyor belt sushi place!), manager “too busy” to speak to customer, and waiter lacking skills, including being too “busy” to bring us our check or assist when we needed simple things (ex. Utensils to eat with!)

This place far exceeded our expectations! We had never been to a revolving sushi spot before and wanted to try it out. When we got there we were pleasantly informed they have all you can eat Monday-Thursday!!! What a score!! Then as we’re enjoying our sushi, chef Joe comes out, table to table to offer fresh fish cut to our liking. Mikami blew our expectations out of the water and satisfied every craving. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Sat on the bar side to be near the music. 1/2 of the menu items were unavailable. I ordered 2 dishes and tea. 1st dish took about 15 minutes and 2nd dish of rainbow nigiri I was another 30 minutes. One of the nigiri was filet mignon, which I cannot eat. 2 waiters did not know what it was. Thankfully a friend enjoyed it while he waited a while for his order. Staff was wonderful, getting food timely did not happen. In times like these, I just tried to be patient, but quietly frustrated why 3 tables of diners waited so long for essentially appetizers. I hope you can find good help soon as this is a great looking business.

An interesting take on the conveyor belt sushi concept. Individual items are priced at $3, $4 or $5 each, based on the color of the plate, and there is a separate menu for more specialized (i.e., more expensive) items. Quality is not anywhere near the "best sushi" you will taste and the fish portions for the nigiri sushi were on the small side, but the meal was inexpensive, and an AYCE option will be especially popular for hungry young men and women. Overall, pretty good value as long as you are not expecting gourmet quality sushi at this price.

Not enough sushi coming out. By the time it gets to you it’s gone. I didn’t do all you could eat and my bill was less than $50 for me & a guest because there simply wasn’t anything to eat! The sushi we did eat was good though.

We were not getting certain dishes because the direction of the conveyor belt and we were placed at the very end, right next to the kitchen. By the time the dishes got to us, we were left with the food the other tables passed on. We didn’t get to try a a variety of sushi until the party across from us left because they were taking the prime choices. You are not able to order the sushi from the main menu so if other people grabbed it before it gets to your table your SOL. The ramen was the worst ramen I’ve ever had. Home made ramen was better, noodles were clumpy and broth was tasteless. Seating was tight for 6 people, they allowed us to use an empty table next to us. Most of the service was good, but when I requested a refill of water, the server told me to just keep ordering a new glass from the menu because it was free. There was hardly any room already at our table! Would not return here.

The worst dining experience I've had. Had a reservation and still waited 20 minutes to be seated and the serve staff sat a walk in family before us despite me telling them we had a reservation. Sushi belt was empty except for fruit and cheesecake while there was a significant amount of staff in the kitchen that you can see through the glass. Kitchen orders were delayed, forgotten and wrong. After about 50 minutes of waiting for kitchen orders and staring at the empty belt, a server finally came up to use and noted the empty sushi belt and asked for specific rolls we would like made. This would have been fine except for (1) defeats the purpose of trying the different rolls that would have been on the belt, (2) when we finally received ONE roll it was a hand roll so we couldn't share and it was difficult to eat for children and (3) the second roll we ordered didn't even come out until after we had cancelled our orders and paid the check.

The food is ok. We ordered an appetizer plate but it wasn’t served until the end of our meal. We were debating whether we should cancel it because we were full. Service was bad. There were only 2 waiters at 1pm on Saturday and one of them ignored me for 10 minutes even though she knew I was seeking for help and there were only 3 or 4 tables with guests at the time, including us.

Some of the sushi on the revolving belt looked old. They should indicate somewhere when the food was made. The belt also wasn’t refrigerated so the sushi seems like it would go bad rather quickly since it’s just sitting there. There also wasn’t very much selection in the specialty rolls. The beef teriyaki was over cooked but the flavor was nice. If you sit at the end of the revolving belt, the patrons in front of you usually take all the fresh sushi. So we had to wait a while to actually get the rolls that we wanted.

Overall the food at Mikuni was mediocre. It felt like they had an extreme staff shortage. The conveyor belt was missing about half of the dishes and seemed almost empty. We asked the server for a hot sake and he responded if it’s not on the menu we’re out of it. The service was overall abrupt unfriendly and you could honestly tell they didn’t care. Some of the dishes were good but many were not prepared properly in our Ramen dish the hard boiled egg was nearly frozen it was so cold. My hopes is that this is just a blip on the radar for them and they were just having a bad night but overall not a great experience for us and we spent over $100 without alcohol.

Our family loves Mikami! We go there monthly because our children love the experiences of picking sushi off the conveyor belt & bullet train. We especially love the Convoy (fried sushi!) roll. The staff is all helpful if you have any questions. I have never had any trouble getting a reservation nor have I had to ever had to wait to be seated, which is much more enjoyable then the other revolving sushi restaurant in town. They also have a rewards program & military discount. Enjoy!

Do not come here expecting sushi. From the start the service was not good, there was barely any sushi on the conveyor belt, and the sushi that was on the belt looked like it had been there awhile. After a couple of minutes of being there we decided we did not to eat there and left after talking to another customer saying they waited about 45 minutes for their sushi. We probably went on a bad day, but the place was raving with reviews saying it was good so my party and I had big expectations. I definitely would not recommend this place

Service was subpar. Seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. We were invited for a VIP all you can eat service. The revolving sushi was the only part of the all you can eat and it moved EXTREMELY slow and most of the time the belt was empty. We were sat in the 2nd row from where the belt started so when it finally got to us it had been picked through. We ordered ramen soup from the kitchen and it took 20 minutes to come out. The sushi was okay. All you can eat price was almost worth it. We just had to wait extremely long for anything to really come out for subpar sushi.
