    We’ve loved Milestones for so long, but unfortunately the Kingston location is quickly going down hill. All of the aspects from the food quality, to service to washroom cleanliness. I hope it can pull it socks up and recover because it used to be a great place.

    We waited for 60 minutes to find out our order had not been entered into the computer. The female toilets were not clean according to my wife.

    Good atmosphere. Always one of our favourite spots. Unfortunately this time was disappointing. The food was bland and the service was not good.

    We had the pleasure of meeting and being served by a very outstanding young man Saturday evening. Tate was efficient upon our arrival and his level of service throughout our visit did not disappoint. Tate has a great sense if humor and connected well with our entire group. We highly recommend requesting Tate to be your server. He made our visit to Milestones a very enjoyable experience. Great job Tate. We'll see you the next big event!! From the family of 6 girls that were down for a girls getaway!

    Slower service in the bar area. It was also very warm-uncomfortably so. Food was good though so we appreciated that.

    Outstanding service from the moment me and my girlfriend walked through the door. Greeted with a smile from our host Tate, we were quickly and efficiently seated on their outdoor patio where we were once again greeted with a smile by our server. Our server was very knowledgeable about both drink and food items , including changes that were not reflected on the menu. Thank you milestones and the milestones team for a very pleasant anniversary evening !

    I made a reservation for my partner’s birthday last Sunday. Despite arriving on time and the restaurant not being crowded, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes without receiving our food. Other customers who arrived later were served before us. Our waiter was attentive and checked on our orders multiple times, so the delay was not her fault. Just as we were about to leave, another staff member told us our food was ready. Extremely disappointing experience; we won’t be returning.
