At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. His dishes are simply delicious - always full of flavour and finesse. Our dining room is casual and relaxed. We have a great selection of organic wines, local beers and soft drinks. Our menu is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
Since we opened in 2014 we have won many local and national awards - including BEST CASUAL DINING, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST EMERGING IRISH CUISINE to name but a few.

    My wife and I were in the restaurant on a Saturday night and we were both very impressed with the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant, the waiter was very friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much effort for him. We both loved the restaurant and we will be recommending it to anyone who we know who are visiting Waterford.

    Absolutely beautiful meal. I went for the mainly veggie options and himself pasta / chicken for main. Brought dessert home. Lemon and Elderflower tart.. Devine. Service fantastic, a super welcoming team. Thank you guys for a fabulous meal .

    The starter was very good. The main (beef rib) was presented very well but I found it had very little flavour to it. The chips were crispy on the outside but under cooked on the inside. It was the same for my wife’s vegan option. We expected much more flavour. However the starters was presented and tasted amazing. This was the second time we have eaten at the establishment and the first time was exactly the same - the flavour of the main way very underwhelming and the starters were very good. If we go again we will only be getting starters.

    Spot on cooking with excellent and well treated ingredients. Generous portions, good value on the food and the wine list. Staff were wonderful, helpful and great with our kids. Highly recommend this place and we will be back if we’re in Waterford again.

    As always perfect. It is always a pleasure to eat in Momos the food service everything is perfect, I have been lucky enough to eat here serval times and am never disappointed.     Excellent food, I never go vegetarian but the dishes here are so tasty and very different. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend this restaurant. Try the tempeh and cauliflower bbq wings…so good!!

    There is a reason this restaurant is in every guidebook and has such high ratings! The service is above and beyond. Specifically Camilla and Simon were lovely. The food was phenomenal. Everything was perfectly portioned, seasoned, and prepared. I savored every bite! Don’t hesitate, book a reservation!
