The Winter Garden Restaurant at The Four Star Red Cow Moran Hotel, one of Ireland's leading hotel restaurants in Dublin, serving modern Irish food with fine dining elements in a relaxed informal environment, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As an Irish family owned and operated Hotel, food provenance and the support of Irish business is very important to us. With this in mind our Executive Head Chef Brian McCarthy endeavours where possible to ensure our menus reflect our support of Irish suppliers using the best of seasonal produce, and complemented with some International influences. Brian also aims to offer a choice of sustainable fish dishes, eggs that are Irish and free-range and meats and where possible fruit and vegetables that have been sourced from Irish farms.
