My wife and I came to enjoy the Thanksgiving Dinner advertised on the webpage and were told that it was not available. The food we eventually ordered was over priced and fair, at best. The filet, in particular, was mediocre. In addition, the music was loud and unpleasant. We agreed that we would never return to Morton's and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
The Bartending Staff is Outstanding! They mix the best drinks anywhere.

I wish they had a kids Menu though as we did bring our daughter (aged 5).
Our server was amazing and so personable. The food was everything we expected. I think the drinks and desserts are a little overpriced but it was a good time either way

Good food good service
Food is good, but service is not up to par. One waiter kept staring at me and my boyfriend from the second we walked in to the restaurant. And then when I accidentally spilled some water, no server came to help until I tried multiple times to flag them. And nobody came to refill my water either. Considering how expensive the meal was, it was not worth it. We were looking forward to this dinner but we didn't feel respected or served well during the whole experience. Pretty disappointed.

I booked a surprise 60th birthday dinner on Saturday, November 20, 2021. I worked with an AWESOME Sales and Event Manager (Christine Gorman)! I worked with her (via email) for over a month. We planned everything from the menu to the banquet room. Christine was VERY patient with ALL of my questions, concerns and requests. At no point did she ever make me feel like I was a nuisance to her. Christine is definitely an ASSET to the Morton’s of Reston team! After my wife and I arrived at the restaurant it was all hands on deck! The check-in staff were on point! With discreetly identifying my wife as the person being celebrated. We were escorted to our banquet room with the guests already seated! Our server for the evening was Victoria and she was OUTSTANDING!! She was VERY accommodating and ensured ALL of our needs were fulfilled for the evening. Everything from the appetizers (especially those mini lamb chops) to the entrees were excellent!! We could not ask for a better evening to celebrate my wife’s birthday! Thank you Christine and Victoria for EVERYTHING!! We very much appreciated it!!

Possibly the worst service we've ever received at a higher-end restaurant. No drink refills. No salt or pepper (after requesting several times). Being rushed (food arrives, and before we cut into our steaks, being asked if we were thinking about dessert.). This is the 2nd time at this location we have received service like this - both pre and post-pandemic.
Food and service were very good on this visit. Bill was a great waiter; very attentive and very focused. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

Food was fantastic as usual. Though there were far less personal touches than before.
Because the restaurant was closing at 10pm, our party of 8 felt rushed from the moment we were all seated. Our reservation was for 815pm and some of our party were late. However, we placed orders for them before they arrive keeping in mind of the time. I've dined out many times where it was close to closing, but never have I felt as rushed as I did Friday night.

We've been to Morton's several times. The food is almost always excellent (it was this time), and the service has never disappointed. What I did object to is the sales pitch in the middle of our dinner. We are were enjoying ourselves and to be interrupted by a sales pitch for Landry's gift card seemed to cheapen the restaurant and the experience. I get that all of this gets pushed down from corporate, but how about finding a more tactful way of doing it if you must.

Had a great time dining at Morton's The Steakhouse Reston, VA. The service and hospitality was outstanding. The we ordered one of each appetizers and were very well pleased with the taste and quality of each. Our main courses were served hot and ready to eat, the meat temperatures were excellently cooked. The wait staff (Eddie) took great care of us. When in the area this location will be our dining house of choice.

Typically very consistent in high quality and excellent service. Unfortunately Morton's seems to be reducing its menu over time, discontinuing all the things we used to come for (prime rib, Lyonnaise potatoes, hand cut potato chips, etc.).

Birthday, received the dessert for free. Service was great! Food was good. Especially the lobster bisque and all of the steaks !
Originally sent as a private message to the restaurant vs. a public review, but received no response from the restaurant. While we have dined at many Morton’s locations several times, this has been our first since COVID. We were celebrating a birthday and chose to dine outside - while we understand that you may have been short staffed, service was really subpar. There was another table outside that was seated shortly after us that was assigned a waiter and we were assigned a bartender (clearly her main priority would not be to continually come outside to take or order or check on our table, so we were confused as to why the only other diners outside who had walked in without a reservation had a waiter assigned to their table). We had to stop the other waiter after 20 minutes had passed and she hadn’t come back to take our order - He was hesitant to take our order but finally did and then offered us a birthday sundae on the house. I think realizing she had forgotten about us, the bartender came back a couple times during our meal to check on us, but never came back to give us the check. Long after the birthday sundae came and went we actually had to go inside to find her and give her the card because we were now running late to get home. When she finally dropped the check back, the sundae was left on the tab. We had to once again go in and find her to have it adjusted. I originally chose to send this message privately vs. posting as a review because we’ve enjoyed Morton’s many times and we know that this is not your normal standard of service and that these are trying times, BUT the level of service we received that night definitely put a damper on going out to celebrate a birthday dinner and we will not be returning any time soon.
Great food and service!
We had a great time and the food was absolutely delicious. We were given a private room which was great for our group as we were able to have our conversations as a large group and not have to worry about disturbing the other guests. The staff went out of their way to support us and tend to us individually. Awesome experience.
So delighted to see our former server Victoria at the restaurant again—she is outstanding just superb customer service and attentiveness—she is amazing!!! The food tasted great unlike the couple of previous visits which was really deterring us from returning in the past and as frequently. Deserts were delicious also just can’t wait to see my favorite of all time back on the menu—chocolate soufflé. It was a very nice experience end look forward to future visits.
My wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with our 3 kids and my mom. Morton’s printed a special menu that had a happy anniversary message at the top of the menu. Great food and service but way too expensive
We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary at Morton’s on 8/23/21. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make our evening a night to remember. The service , food and the drinks were simply amazing! We have decided that we will dine at Morton’s on a regular ongoing basis. Thank you to the manager and staff for helping us find our new favorite dining location.
Food was perfect, Eddie is the best, the place felt a bit frantic, but it was a Saturday night. Super loud, I wish it was quieter. We had to holler at each other. Steaks to die for.
