About this restaurant

  • Good for groups
  • Great for live music
  • Lively
The state-of-the-art waterfront venue seats over 900 people and will abide by the venue’s only rule: what happens in Munich stays in Munich. It’s the place where the jokes about uber weiners will be aplenty, memories made with mates will be wunderbar, and the most popular pickup line will be, “Deutsch you want me, baby?”

Disappointed that our reservation had not transferred from Open Table to the restaurant- took some convincing for them to find us a table. Also, server didn’t ask for sizes of meals and we both ended up with large serve which was far too much!

Once seated the waitress took a long time to get our orders so by the time we got our drinks and food we only had a few minutes in the beer garden because it closed at 10. We booked this venue for a birthday and when we asked about a desert we were told that nothing could be prepared for the guest of honour. I’d never return on a Saturday to this venue staff seemed overwhelmed and there was no sense of organisation.

We found it hard to order our drinks then when we placed the order another order of drinks was taken and we then was doubled up. The band was good but it was very very loud and was unable to catch up with our friends as conversation was very hard to hear. Would be good if the service was better and t wasn’t even a full house!

They were standing up so had to push our way through. Told the waitress who didn’t seem to care. Have been here a few times and normally fantastic just not happy that our evening was wrecked by this group.
