   Nuestra experiencia fue estupenda, todas las personas que nos atendieron estuvieron muy pendientes tanto de nosotros como del hecho de estar embarazada. Los cocteles tanto con como sin alcohol estaban riquísimos y el sándwich de langosta nos encantó.

   The place itself is amazing. One of the best views you can have on Manhattan. The bar is also beautiful, and cocktails are very very good. Definitely worth it !’ On the other hand, some of the service staff are rather unpleasant and unfriendly. There seemed to be no pleasure in the service, which made our experience a bit of a mixed bag.

   Staff we very rude throughout. We turned up early for our table and was seated while we waited, the staff forgot to come get us for our table. When we asked to go to our table the staff were miserable and rude. The experience got worse at our table as staff were rude when serving drink, accommodating needs. My girlfriend was pestered when taking photos by odd characters at the bar. View was great. The environment was okay but very loud R&B music was layer whilst some people were grinding on each other which made others feel uncomfortable. Would never come here again and encourage others the same. Staff…please get a personality.

   We had a reservation for 8:30 pm. we came a few minutes earlier and were asked to wait on the side until our table is ready. the lady from the entrance passed us several times. neither she nor any of the other staff paid any attention to us while we waited. after 45 minutes of waiting (for our table that we had reserved AND although in the meantime at least three tables had been unoccupied for several minutes, we decided to leave ... the prices were absolutely overpriced anyway! unfortunately no recommendation at all - there are much cheaper and better organized roof top bars with more competent staff and equally beautiful views! not what we had expected…

   I took my daughter for her 20th birthday. It was a lovely high tea with breathtaking views of NYC to celebrate. I was disappointed that I had requested a cupcake with candle for her birthday which I had requested upon booking that didn’t happen. Overall it was a lovely afternoon
