Had a reservation at 8:45 and waited in line to check in for 30 min. Then, we were told that our table wouldn’t be ready for another 45 min along with 20 other guests waiting for the same reason that the restaurant overbooked its tables. We were asked to wait outside with no option to go to the bar since it was too busy. It was a busy weekend in Miami , thus, no option to get a reservation at a different restaurant and we were forced to wait to be seated. We were sat at 10:10. Complete disregard to people’s time for such a worldwide and expensive restaurant as we spent 700$ on our dinner for 2.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First after spending over 2k the waiter comes and gives us the check, we said we didnt ask for it. Then the manager comes and tells us they are overbooked and asks us to please allow for other customers to sit! Because its mother day weekend and formula one?? Whattttt??? The wagu and Caymus hasn’t even kicked in ! And i have to throw away our reservation I booked 2 months ago and our money because their eternal need to to money make machine cant stop!? I asked for the service fee to be reversed as their service had stopped the moment they decided to practically ask us to remove ourselves for new money to come in. Well that only took his nerve, and his eternal fake smile FADED and told me that of course he would do IT before closing. I said our party would not leave until the reversal fee was done and ALL singed vouchers were turned in. We would not waste our time calling for this inconsiderate behavior to take place. His anger was such he literally tossed the checks and while walking out the door the steam was obvious. The food was great but THIS IS SUCH AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. Customer service shouldn’t be taken for granted, because what eventually goes up, must come down.

Food is inedible. Waited an hour for a reservation. Flavorless oysters, overdressed carpaccio (tasted like a cafeteria sandwich), and then the steak: This place is known for the steak. This tomahawk was a perfectly fine piece of meat before it met the chef. It was destroyed with cheap oil, well done in places and overcooked throughout. Save yourself, go to Edge down the street.

The food is amazing, maybe you will scared with the prices the menu show but is not the final prices and this depends of the how many people is. The drinks really good and Mr. Andres is the best guy you will have for handling your table!

Although the food was delicious, it was overpriced for the amount you received. Our reservations was for 8:00 pm our table was not ready and we had to sit outside. I had / drink which was overpriced as I could oh bought a whole bottle for less. Too expensive for my budget.

Immediately greeted with a warm smile and was excited very to be there. King crab roll was to die for, we love sushi and that was the best roll we have ever had. Steak melted in your mouth. The wagu burger was the best burger I’ve ever had. Quality is in the food, service & ambiance. However, drinks are over priced. $25 for a glass of mediocre Prosecco was hefty IMO but if you’re looking to splurge, this place is definitely a must-try. Will be back.
