We had a wonderful meal for my husband’s birthday. The food and the service were both outstanding. Parkerhouse rolls are a must! Both NY Strip and tenderloin were both perfectly seasoned and cooked.

We had such a nice dinner at Oak Steakhouse on Thursday evening. The general manager was VERY present, making sure everyone was being well taken care of. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is very cozy. The restaurant was busy - which we were so happy to see. The only (very minor) drawback was in the table service - server was wonderful, but at times he just wasn't where we needed him to be. I would suspect he had too many tables. Not anything I would even worry about - probably a sign of the times where it is so hard for restaurants to staff properly. Can't say enough about Oak Steakhouse in Raleigh. And, if you are ever in Highlands, NC you should check out their location there!

For a Wednesday evening the restaurant and bar were very lively! The food was fantastic, and our waiter Dakota and their server team were very prompt, professional, and answered our questions about menu items. All of the staff was polite. Food was incredible!

As good of a dining experience as I’ve had. Everyone was phenomenal top to bottom on anyone I interacted with. Even the cusotmer. This is an excellent establishment that deserves its praise. Haven’t even mentioned the food! My goodness it was good. They made my fiancés birthday special and MOST importantly made her day.

Went for Negroni week, stayed for the amazing peach burrata salad and ridiculously good veggie risotto (yes, at a steakhouse). The steak (that my husband had) was excellent as always. Visit Andrew at the bar when you go. That man is a wizard with cocktails!

My boyfriend and I dined here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing, we got a ribeye and a filet with brussel sprouts and mushrooms. For starters we got the rolls which were hot and delicious and the octopus was good as well. Multiple staff wished us a happy anniversary and we got complimentary champagne which was very kind. Lastly we got the chocolate cake which delicious as well!

Excellent food and Eric was a great waiter! We tried the bone marrow and oysters Rockefeller and deviled eggs. All delicious. He suggested the larger dry age steaks served family style. Delicious! Also shared sprouts, potatoes, mushrooms, and Mac and cheese. All were great! We were celebrating birthdays with our closest friends! It was a great night! Love the great food and the experience!

We had a great waitress and the manager went out of his way to provide great service, but the ribeye wasn't great. For $79 i would expect a great steak and I was fairly disappointed. It just didn't taste all that great for the price. I tried a bite of my wife's filet and I thought that was really good and the apps were all tasty. Just stay away from the ribeye.. it was the second time I have had it there and neither time did it wow me.

The food was really good, but I don’t appreciate not being able to get my appetizer until I have ordered my dinner. We were in town to see my=y daughter and wanted to have time to talk and catch up. The waiter would not put in our appetizer order until we had ordered our meal. Considering the dinner was $500, I should not be put on a timer to eat my meal. Will not go back. And the service was very lacking.

The food service was great but the main courses and bar service were lacking. We've been many times before and the food was amazing but this night, the bone marrow and the steaks weren't seasoned. The marrow pieces were small and the NY strip cuts were chewy and fatty. A strip only should only have a fat cap on one side but there was sinew running through these for some reason. The apps and salads were good but the main curse was a let down, considering the price. Took quite a while to get bar drinks too. I know restaurants have off-nights too but this was a Friday night service, one would think they would be on point for a weekend service. Was the first time most people in our group had been there and we had been talking it up ahead of time so it was a let down when they didn't come through. Not writing them off yet but disappointed.
