The 4 of us shared a great spinach appetizer and all ordered different dinners. Everybody loved their food. Then we went downstairs to hear a great Jazz Band. ESP with Kirsten. Fun night.

Lamb sliders served with burned, charred black buns. This kind of attention to detail is telling. It is easy to see you burned the bun when toasting, and easy to fix. That you went ahead and served these tells much about priorities. Also, friend chicken sandwich was overcooked, and bartender was doing shots with customers while the waiter was asking him if he was going to make our drinks (literally could read his lips saying that from across the room). Our waiter was excellent though.

This lovely cafe was so kind to seat us for a late brunch which we enjoyed very much. Our server Brandon was a delight even at the end of a long day, I believe, at 3:45 pm on Sunday. My husband’s farmer’s omelette was fluffy and tasty. My Aperol Spritz was yummy and just right. I got a burger with a sunny side up egg and truffle fries. They were both so flavorful and really hit the spot. We were so full no desserts, but we will certainly be back. Thank you all.

My husband and I ordered Benedicts (classic for him and salmon for me) but the Portuguese muffins were hard and we couldn't even cut them with our knives so we just left them on the plates. Otherwise, food and drinks were great and our server was attentive.

What a wonderful experience, our second year in a row, taking my daughter back to SU. We came back the next day as well for a glass at the bar, and all staff was amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon when back in NY.

We came at a busy time during Syracuse freshman move in. We had a reservation and only had a slight wait as they cleared table for us. The waiter was friendly and the food was good. Nice selection on the menu. Recommend for a nicer dinner out.
