Flavors awesome. Mezcal tasting super fun. The dessert experience a total surprise & delight
Best dining experience I’ve ever had. Restaurant was stunning, food was incredible, and the service was outstanding. A must if you’re in Mexico City!
Amazing. The food and service were both outstanding.
Awesome food! A real Ode to Mexican creativity in the kitchen
The service was absolutely top notch. We did the taco menu omakase and there was not one regret.
4 hour feast of tacos and mescal. Enjoyable and tasty but I thought the flavor of the corn masa often overpowered the delicate flavors of the seafood and other fillings. It was quite expensive as well.
Absolutely wonderful, service was impeccable and a beautiful range of flavors. i look forward to returning.
Perfecto! Lo mejor Restaurant y comida de Mexico. Un poco caro, mas es perfecto
The taco omakase was one of the best dinners of my life. Do whatever you can to make a reservation. The 4pm seating was perfect as the restaurant was relatively quiet - we never felt rushed but there was a constant stream of mind-blowing food. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Absolutely sublime. It was somehow incredibly inventive and payed homage to tradition at the same time. The service was so warm and they made every effort give you a top 15 in the world experience. Highly recommend.
INCREDIBLE experience, my best meal in Mexico City, will absolutely recommend to anyone.
The food was incredible and the staff was so attentive. It made all the difference. The accompanying mezcal and the dessert outside was the icing on the cake.
We decided to try the taco tasting menu at Pujol on our honeymoon. My husband and I are both really into local and unique food and drink, and Pujol’s taco tasting was a perfect way for us to celebrate our wedding. The service was unsurpassed. The food was amazingly delicious! For the foods some were unable to eat, the chef made terrific substitutions - like wild mushrooms for lobster, chayote for scallops, etc. And the drinks (wine, beer, mezcal, or cocktails - each chosen by a bartender at the patron’s request and to compliment the particular course) were superb. Highly recommend!!
Amazing in every way and totally worth the price! A must for anyone’s bucket list.
The omekase taco tasting was creative and occasionally sublime. However the servers seemed bored and as if they would rather be elsewhere. They treated guests unevenly and were robotic, with little eye contact or warmth. This is easy to brush off when sitting at a table but at a bar, facing each other for two hours, less so.
Simply a wonderful meal each course was unique and satisfying. Truly unique experience that I would recommend to any friend!
It was way more than I expected. Very creative yet Mexican.
Very tasteful but overpriced.
Took my husband here for an intimate birthday celebration and it exceeded our expectations!
Came into the experience with high expectations, and those expectations were shattered. Each course was perfectly thought out, delicious, and paired intentionally with mezcal. Would highly recommend to those looking for a world class, yet truly Mexican experience.
I went alone and had such a positive experience. The staff is so engaging, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to interact with. The taco omakase was beautifully presented but most importantly delicious! I also enjoyed eating with my hands...finger licking allowed naturally. The mezcal was mind blowing...kinda ruined my drinking experience for my CDMX trip by setting the bar too high. The new restaurant is beautiful...organic, modern, open...a design dream. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Even with the power going out. Learned a lot about Mexican cuisine and Mezcal. The service was impeccable!
This is our second time at the restaurant. Whatta treat to myself :)
One of the best meals we ever experienced!
I loved my first experience and pujol and would definitely return. I don't drink, so would be nice to have two price options (with alcoholic drinks and without). The bartender offered to make me mocktails but in general I like to save my small stomach space for the great food! Otherwise, was a great experience. The service was impeccable but not stuffy, the food was amazing, and I liked the ambiance and pace.
Extremely disappointed with the higher prices (raised them significantly again!) and the mezcal pairing with the taco omakase just doesn’t work. Used to leave buzzed and enjoy a variety of pairings—tonight I just sipped 5 tiny pours of mezcal that were great, sure, but not worth frigging $100 for the pairing. Used to get a cocktail, beer, several wines, a dessert drink, and a mezcal. So over the Enrique Olvera hype. This was the last time
Puyol es una experiencia gastronómica única = Creatividad + Ingredientes Locales + Sabores Singulares + Excelente Servicio + Ambiente Moderno + Nivel de Ruido Medio. Queda en mi lista para regresar.
No wonder it is one of the best restaurants in the world!!!
Best food experience ever. A bit expensive but worth every penny in terms of the experience.
Beautiful restaurant, definitely an amazing experience well worth the price.
Amazing all around
Second time experiencing the Omakase bar. Great food and service. But disappointed with some changes they have made. First visit the drink paring was a mix of wine, beer and mescal. This visit you had to choose one of the above and that’s what you had for the entire meal.
Biggest disappointment is that they took the mole of the omakase menu. If you are hoping to experience this mind blowing dish you can only get via the tasting menu option and not the omakase bar.
I think this is a huge mistake. And the four people around me, who dining at Pujol for the first time, were extremely disappointed with this unpublished change.
Everything was amazing! All the food was well considered, service was impeccable, and the restaurant is incredibly well designed. Chef Olvera and his team have done well!
All was fabulous- variety and quality of the unique food and drink offerings. Everyone is wonderful and willing to share experiences of tasting and knowledge. The space along with all details are executed with great care and thought. Probably the most expensive meal that we have had but worth it.
i would recommend to a friend only because its "the thing to do in MXCity"
The Tacos Omakase was expensive for what it was worth. I ended up eating only 4 of the 9 courses and it costed around $280 or so.
Una gran experiencia! Ha sido algo único y muy recomendable.
I had an incredible meal at Pujol. Each course more delicious than the last. The servers were incredibly helpful and walked us through each course and the beer and mezcal pairings.
It was my first time ever booking a reservation for one, and I highly recommend it. I ended up having a great conversation with the group of 3 next to me. We ended the meal by talking on the patio as we enjoyed coffee and deserts. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Thank you!
When first two courses came out, we thought we would end up finding a cheap taco place as we would end up leaving hungry. But that was not the case! We were very stuffed with amazing food! 8 courses with either wine/sake, Mezcal, or beer pairing. They were also very accommodating with any restrictions or requests. Great atmosphere and service!
