Love this local restaurant. Have never had a bad dish, the pastas are super, but the snow pea salad is the real standout. Well curated, reasonably priced wine list and warm, efficient service.
Been here several times and it’s always fantastic.
Brunch menu was not really that Italian. We didn’t know it would be a brunch and the regular menu would not be available when we booked
The food is so consistently good. I love the place.
I've eaten here five times now - the food is always terrific, and the staff are very friendly, very very professional. Good neighborhood crowd - a hidden gem. Recently ahd both the lamb shank (best I've had in NYC) and Fettucine in Lobster Bisque sauce with King Crab and scallops. Wow.
Delicious meal, warm and attentive service, beautiful ambience, everything was just perfect.
I love the restaurant. Food is really excellent and I like the room a lot too and the service. Gets noisy later in the evening but early, it's perfect.
This is a lovely, cozy little restaurant. The food is very good, though some portions small for the price. The artichoke was outstanding. The beet salad, merely OK. The pasta dishes were all very good. The wait staff was very good, except they began clearing the table before everyone finished.
One of my favorite places in New York! I haven’t had a dish that i don’t like, and the wine is great
Excellent food and service, thank you!
We loved everything about our meal. The gnocchi is probably the best gnocchi I've ever had. The meat and cheese plate is excellent! Cant wait to come back.
I have been here on multiple occasions and the service continues to be exemplary beyond compare. Knowing that one has to reserve a time frame makes it that much special so as not to eclipse a gathering of friends when you have to try doing a walk in off the street with a luck of the draw for seating. It most certainly is my go to spot for brunch or dinner with friends.
We really enjoyed dining at this restaurant. The food was fabulous! My daughter and I shared the tuna tartar appetizer and the tortellini dish. It was plenty of food for us! I personally thought the music was a little too loud.. i felt it was hard to hear. I would have preferred something a little quieter but other folks didn’t seem bothered by it.
We will definitely return...as the food and service were both excellent!
A place with real Italian feel. An interesting menu with decent vegetarian choices. A nice wine list. Beware that it gets noisier as it gets full as the evening develops.
Great neighborhood find. Food, service, and value are on point.
Fantastic. One of my favorite meals in recent memory, from food to service. Everything.
Quaint, quiet, friendly, and delicious!
One of my favorite places in the area. The food is Great! the wine list is appropriately sized with very good options. I usually go for the specials because they are always creative. However, the main menu is balanced and SO worth it. Make a reservation, it helps.
Nice quaint authentic Italian restaurant located in Harlem. We were greeted at the door and quickly seated. Our waiter showed up with a glass bottle of water and bread with ricotta cheese in olive oil with roasted red peppers as our dipping sauce. That didn't last long. Next was our bruschetta that had prosciutto on one, figs ricotta and honey on another and tomatoes on the third one. I had the chicken breast with arugula, red onion, ricotta and cherry tomatoes. It was a tenderized breast that was about 10" round. My wife had tortellini patoscani. All of the food was authentic Italian, cooked and seasoned nicely, and the portions were perfect size. As an added bonus the bill was very reasonable for the food and drinks that we had. i would love to go back next time e visit the Upper West Side.
Excellent food, wine selection, service and overall value! Hands down best Italian restaurant in the area. AUTHENTIC.
Delicious food, fresh ingredients, very flavorful and perfectly prepared. Our waitress was lovely also and all service was great!! Gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had, melt in your mouth delicious. Linguini homemade and perfectly paired with seafood. All other food very good too.
Really really good place, great handmade pasta and delicious seafood. 10/10 will go again
Food was imaginative, fresh and tasty. A neighborhood find.
We love Osteria 106!
I made a reservation for me and my friends to meet up for brunch. They were flexible seating us as we arrived. The food was amazing - the four of us cleaned our plates! The service was attentive but not overbearing. All in all a great experience.
Fresh ingredients, innovative yet traditional Italian.
Tiny neighborhood place with great food. A bit noisy for me but the food and lovely wait staff convinced me so that I may become a regular. Especially loved the pesto which was light and flavorful. The creme brulee was fabulous.
Neighborhood gem. Great food and super friendly service at reasonable prices.
This is the best restaurant in the Manhattan Valley area, and the best Italian restaurant north of 80th street, period.
Refreshing find on the UWS. Exceptional cuisine accompanied by an innovative wine list.
We had a table for six. Everyone's meal was delightful. The service was perfect.
The neighborhood treasure. The food is always well prepared and delicious. The owner’s wife is often in attendance and she’s delightful as well as knowledgeable.
Love that place and the staff. I have never been disappointed.
I have been reading about Osteria 106 and we finally tried it with good friends who came in from NJ. It was fabulous!!!! Our friends are wine people so they brought 2 bottles from their cellar - there is a $25 corkage fee but very reasonable. The variation in the menu, and the quality of the food is really exceptional. The service is gracious but not rushed. All in all a wonderful evening and can't wait to go back!
Excellent food, friendly service, knowledgeable wine server. It was a wonderful Saturday evening out.
Branzino was excellent, fresh and flavorful. Tiramisu newly prepared, not defrosted as some restaurants do. Service as affable and attentive. Highly recommend this neighborhood locale.
Authentic Italian food. Super friendly staff and wonderful ambiance.
I love the relaxed feel of this place. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The fish was well prepared, and my wife loved her veal picatta. Service was well-timed and friendly, rose was awesome.
Absolutely delicious! Service was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Food was overcooked and not very flavorful. Overpriced for the area. Our wine selection was great. Waitress couldn't answer any questions about the wines.
Very cute restaurant. We were excited to check it out, unfortunately we won't give it a second chance.
