Been meaning to come to Osteria Lucio for ages but had not managed to for one reason or another. We both love Italian food and previously were big fans of Ross Lewis's Chapter One - particularly the pre-theatre menu. From start to finish we had an incredible meal - every dish was amazing - full of flavour. Service was also attentive and friendly. My wife had the fish of the day, and I had the Apis Pizza, and both were simply delicious. For dessert We had the Lucio Tiramisu and the dessert special (Pannacotta with Figs) - Both just gorgeous and a perfect end to a perfect meal. Having left it so long to come - we certainly will not be leaving it as long for the next visit.

We had the tasting menu. We both loved each course. The food was creative yet not so over the top that my picky husband wouldn't eat it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Really amazing visit to Osteria Lucio, the food was gorgeous, our waitress was brilliant - she was super friendly, had great humour and really good wine recommendations and service! It’s the perfect place to go before heading to a show at the Bord Gáis Theatre!

Started with the beef carpaccio and it was wonderful. I shared it but, to be honest, I shouldn't have. I then had the spicy pizza which I ate all of. This is not normally the case but It was so tasty I just had to. Our waitress (I'm afraid I do not know her name) was very nice and very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely room, great service. The conversation was easy as the noise level was not forced by loud music. The atmosphere was relaxed with a wonderful hum of chatting and laughter. We really enjoyed the food.

We enjoyed out visit; we enjoyed the fish of the day and the meat special respectively. Both were flavoursome and very well prepared. We chose a Puglian Rose from the interesting wine list. It provided a versatile and enjoyable accompaniment.

Beautiful meal! We opted for the sharing plates that are a taste of the menu, it was a great decision! Lovely service and such sweet staff. One lady remembered us from the last time months ago! It was a very sweet interaction. Everything was outstanding, the food and the drinks. A very good special occasion venue!

This was our 2nd visit. Amazing staff, everyone was so friendly, professional and nothing was a bother. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Will certainly be back when we are next in Dublin. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

Great find in South Dublin. Fantastic Italian wines on the list, by the glass and bottle. Open Table offers a selection of outdoor dining which is really an indoor patio. The food was great!

From the moment we stepped inside the restaurant we were delighted with the evening. A warm welcome & inviting bar/ entrance. Delicious rosemary flatbreads followed by one of the nicest summer salads I’ve tasted in a long time. For mains the pizza & pasta choices were top notch. House tiramisu was memorable. Quality wines by the glass complemented the meal. Excellent.

A lovely meal before we went to the Bord Gais Theatre. Service was outstanding - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our lovey waiter even gave us a taste of two wines before we made our final choice. Food was delicious. Would go again and highly recommend.
