   We enjoyed our first visit to Parizade. We loved the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. We ended up getting two of the specials they were offering that evening, the paella and the red snapper. Both of these dishes were fantastic. I had read numerous reviews before we went there and others had commented that these two dishes were excellent and you should get them if they are offered. The paella is offered the first weekend of the month, so we lucked out on getting that dish. The red snapper was de-boned at the table, which was neat to watch. It is a very lively and noisy atmosphere, so this would not be a place to go if you are wanting a quite meal. The tables are very close together, so be prepared to be near your neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will definitely be going back again.

   Parizade has long been one of my and my husband’s favorite restaurants in the Triangle. Great atmosphere where attentive staff serve exceptional food. The restaurant can handle any occasion from a quiet night out to a silver anniversary party to a 100th birthday celebration with style.

   Parizade does a fabulous job. We reserved a table for 6 which had to be downsized to a table for 5 and they were very accommodating. Our evening was to mark a friend's birthday. Parizade put a bucket with ice for champagne near the table, had champagne glasses ready for each guest and our server poured so we could toast our friend. We ordered the Mezze trio (sooo good), a Horiatiki salad. One person ordered the stuffed chicken and raved about it. Another ordered the pork Osso Bucco and, again, raved. Fingerling potatoes were ordered as a side for those dishes. We also had the Marinara and shrimp over polenta. Everyone at our table was delighted. Oh, I almost forgot the desserts: creme brulee and the banana napoleon. Perfect.

   We always are delighted to dine at Parazide. This experience was exceptional. Bronzino wasn’t on the menu , however prepared for us. Server, Charlie’s knew exactly how to filet. Raymond our server was most accommodating.

   Once again Chris delivered an exceptional experience with his casual professionalism as our waiter. Food (Osso Buco and Gnocchi) perfectly prepared as was our apps of the Octopus and Bruschetta. Price is right for the overall experience

   Triangle Restaurant Week, this was exceptional and better quality and value than other restaurants we tried. Notably they had many more options to select from at each course level. Our server was very young but over-the-top excellent with superb personality, eye contact, timeliness, and conscientiousness. I had a 14 oz ribeye steak covered in mushrooms and horseradish for a nominal upgrade. There was so much food that my wife and I took both deserts home to consume later. Exceptional evening.
