   Our visit started off precariously as we checked in for our reservation and the hostess said we would have to wait as we were late. When I pointed out on my phone we were 3 minutes early, her manager gave her the look and she seated us immediately. However, we walked by 4 empty booths and she sat us at a small table in the back of the restaurant. The manager visited our table after she left and move us to one of the open booths. Our waiter Qais was awesome, upbeat, and made our dinner experience very enjoyable. The food was delicious as always!

   Easily made reservation made on Open Table. We were seated right away and our server was prompt and efficient. Our server, Josselyn, was spot on. Always a pleasure to dine there.

    It was just a chance to get out, normally we watch a granddaughter every Friday evening. They had the requested booth ready, right when we arrived. It was noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. The server was very attentive, and kept an eye on the level of my water glass, something I really stay aware of. The food was very good, but honestly the crispy green beans was the highlight, as always. Actually the sauce is what makes it. The portions have gotten smaller, across the board, and the prices have jumped dramatically, just like every where else. We dine here, quite often, and would recommend it.

    Nos sentaron después de 1/2 hora que teníamos nuestra reservación. Los platos ahora son 1/3 parte de lo que servían antes. Ordenamos bacalao y venía crudo al centro, lo volvieron a traer y también estaba crudo al centro; no los cobraron en la cuenta. No tenían Stevia ni Splenda para las bebidas . Ha bajado mucho la calidad. Eva, nuestra mesera, muy amable

    Had reservations at 6:30. There was a rush of walk-ins. Everyone got seated before we were. The taste of the food was there but it was dry. Drinks were very good.

    Had my one year wedding anniversary here and everything was perfect,from the service to how the timing of our food was brought out, the quality of the food was amazing. Me and my wife will definitely be back.

    We were there on a Sunday evening, party of 2. The restaurant was not packed, and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our server was awful. She was so inattentive, another server actually noticed it and volunteered to help us. The server for the couple next to us dropped their bowl of rice on the floor, and it was several minutes before it was picked up. Apparently, another couple had a problem with their meal, because the manager came to our table by mistake. The kitchen was slow, and when we finally received our food, it was subpar. The fried rice was wet and mushy. The sesame chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, and it looked like it had been dropped. All in all, we were there for nearly 2 hours, due to the bad service and slow kitchen. I've been to this particular restaurant over the years, and this was extremely disappointing. Except for the waiter who stepped in to help us, it appears the staff is undertrained and not managed well.

    Initial contact took quite a while. We were probably there 10 mins before our waitress even took our drink orders. The food portions and menu have changed drastically over the years. I’m sure this is a response to inflation and COVID, but the cost-to-food ratio was disappointing. I also listed it as a special occasion, and that was never acknowledged. Overall, just disappointed in what USED to be one of my top favorite restaurants.

    I have always loved to eat here BUT the menu is getting smaller!! They are taking out my favorite dishes like: the duck, Sichuan beef, orange peeled chicken, double fried noodles etc etc Didn’t have any kind of hot tea 🙈 It was a Monday so maybe that is why they were understaffed.
