   We checked in with a confirmed reservation and the front desk could not see it. We sat at the bar and it was fine. This morning May 13 at 0537 I received a confirmation email for my reservation on May 10. Something wrong with Open Table.

   Take the family here often. Grandkids just love the kids menu, lettuce wraps and edemame. Always great service!

   Staff is very cordial and seated us promptly upon arrival. Our server took our order shortly after we were seated and the food came out quickly. Food was good, no complaints.

   Surprised at how much my children liked the food, they’re on the spectrum and have a very small food selection. But they tried it and loved it. But I did wish there was a larger selection in the children’s menu, for the just in case they didn’t. Service was amazing! Food was fast, noise wasn’t bad I was able to hear everyone at our table, seating was quick as well. We’ll come back again!

    Frustrated with the OpenTable process with them because showed up on time for our OpenTable reservation and was told they weren’t even looking at it and proceeded to put us on the wait list and called many parties of the same size ahead of us.

    I’m very disappointing when they seated us and no one come to see us about 20 minute later and after they took our drinks order and I could see our drinks was ready but the waitress didn’t not bring our drink over bad Experience at this location…

    Got seated right away. Took our drink order before server came over. Server was very helpful courteous and prompt. Our appetizer came out first was excellent our food came out in good time as well. Everything was awesome!

    The rice was dry and I ordered Shrimp in lobster sauce. It had no taste. We were seated in the bar which was OK. The lighting is terrible! The light was so bright, I felt like I was in an interrogation! The waitress was great!!

    This location has great food and service like other P.F. Chang's locations, but I really like the layout of the Temecula one. It feels a bit more elevated and is a little bit larger, but the tables and booths feel cozier somehow. I almost always get the same menu items but I especially recommend the fun mocktails.

    The food and service were both excellent. I've been going to PF Chang's since 1994 (Scottsdale, AZ SF Square location) and this was one of the best visit's I've enjoyed dining there.

    Challenging to dine out during this Covid-19 pandemic. PF Chang's food is pretty consistent in all locations, corporate Chinese food, but it was good and I appreciated their efforts to allow us to eat in a safe environment. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall a good experience.

    First time back since the pandemic and only outdoor seating allowed. Had a street side table, so noise was a factor, (every car ran over a metal plate that made a loud clanking sound). That aside, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and our server, Rosy, was the best, so friendly and service was excellent. Food was great, the new Tempura Calamari was a taste sensation. Couldn't have asked for a better dinning experience.

    This was incredibly disappointing. I know the restaurant has been recently sold but the crispy fried shrimp was soggy, the wontons were cold in the middle, the lettuce wraps were the only thing at the right temperature. The service was chaotic and unfocused and the restaurant was dirty.

    We really loved the service and menu. The menu did change for the Kung Pau Chicken recipe, the dish is now more fried chicken and my boyfriend preferred the old recipe of many years. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed having our family dinner there for NYE 2020! Dessert were yummy and I highly recommend the lava cake to share! The service was excellent!!!

    We eat at P.F. Chang’s often, but tonight service was a little off the usual game. We had to ask for plates so we can’t serve ourselves rice and our entrees, we asked for a trio that came out in plastic cups, we know that it doesn’t come out automatically anymore, but usually when we ask for it it comes out in nice ceramic dipping cups. Food came out timely, our waitress seemed like she was either new or just not very attentive. We waited a long time for her to come back to ask for boxes, normally we are asked if we would like our food boxed. She cleared half the plates and left us with boxes. I was mostly disappointed because tonight we splurged and for the chocolate cake, it seemed like they had to defrost it and heated it up. The plate it was served on was way too hot to touch, thinner part of the cake was warm but it was cold when you got to the thicker part of the cake, and it was heated up so much that that frosting on the back of the cake you could tell starting boiling and bubbling, and the frosting had melted off. They took the cake off but overall it was just a depressing end to already unusual experience for us. We had dined there two weeks before and everything was amazing. Tonight just missed the mark.
