We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation time and the hostess seemed very frazzled and told us that it would be closer to our reservation time before we could be seated, even though the place was dead. Open tables everywhere. Service was very slow. It’s a shame that such a great restaurant has turned into this.

The menu has been changed quite a bit since I was there a few years ago. I remember many more gluten free options in the past. The choices were minimal, especially if you can’t eat rice. Something got into my dish and I have been paying for it.

I have not gone to a PF Changs in 4-5 years and gave it a try on labor day. I was completely satisfied and impressed. Our server seemed so into his job and cared about our experience. His recommendations were spot on and the food was so hot, delicious and on point with the cook. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to return soon.

Food was great as usual but we were seated behind a large wedding group that was drunk and loud. Plenty of tables on the other side of the restaurant. Our waitress stayed fairly distant and didn’t box up leftovers as they usually do.

I had a delicious shrimp lobster sauce over white rice dinner that was sumptuous! I sat on a padded bench, which was cushy and comfortable. The decorative mural was fashionable.

Rachel was amazing and very informative about the menu. I hadn’t been in years and we went for my birthday and had sake and lettuce wraps and a birthday dessert to remember! Can’t wait to go back!

The gentleman that seated us, put us in an open area. I asked for a booth he said he could not do that he had other reservations. As the evening went on I noticed that the booths I asked about never filled up. The waitress we had didn’t have any personality she wasn’t kind and pretty to the point. It was not a good experience at the West Chester location. I will have to visit Rookwood for a better dining experience.

We had an opentable reservation but were asked to wait 15 min ( it was more like 20) in a half-empty restaurant. We ordered the lettuce wraps appetizers along with our entrees and they delayed bringing them until just before the entrees. Food was good as always but service was lacking.

From appetizers to desserts, it was all delicious. Crispy green beans, sushi, fried rice, banana egg rolls were some of our favorite items we tried. Portions are big enough to share! Delicious food.

It's P.F. Chang's. You pretty much know what you are going to get. Usually go for our standard fare of Mongolian Beef and/or Honey Chicken but decided to go with a new menu item and was pretty disappointed. The Braised Short Rib was more like Beef Jerky than coming close to a braised short rib. You would expect fall of the bone but it was a chew fest. Waitress was great. She had the chef make some more but it was still pretty chewy and just not good. Bummed when I was looking forward to trying something new but it will be back to the classics for our family.

I gave it an overall of 1 star because when I told them I had a reservation through OpenTable, the hostess told me their "system" doesn't connect to OpenTable. Good thing it wasn't busy and the wait was minimal. That said, a group of 6 had came in just before us and the hostess took a few minutes to get them checked in. Then after checking us in, she arranged their seating before us even though they were walk ins. The place was at around 1/4 capacity and we still had almost 10 minute wait.

We got a reservation for 6:45 and got there at 6:35. When we arrived the waiting area was packed and the desk staff were flustered and frantic. They informed everyone they have a server call off and they were running behind because of that. I certainly understand and was ok with waiting a bit to get in. When I checked in she said she didn’t see my name and then asked “did you get a reservation on open table? That’s why I can’t find you. That is a different software” so she had to hand type in all of my information to their system. After waiting for 30 min people were still waiting and more reservations were still coming in. People started to get sat that came in after us. After waiting for an hour past our reservation we went to ask where we were in line. One of the staff said “these people had a reservation at 7:15” and my husband had to speak up and say “our reservation was at 6:45”. We were finally seated after that but the whole restaurant felt flustered, too busy and overworked. I certainly understand when there are call offs it makes it harder on every buddy else that is working but you have to learn how to not let your guest feel that.

Even with reservations we waited a good 40 mins for our table. Our server was rushed and asked what we wanted to eat as soon as she came over. I don’t know if it’s just at the West Chester location, but the we felt like we were really packed in, with the tables on top of each other. The calamari and egg rolls were excellent. The beef in the beef and broccoli and the chicken in the Lo mein was dry and overcooked. Overall a disappointing experience.
