Food is usually really good but it was especially good - the pizza was baked to perfection! Music was a bit too loud - especially with so few tables in, it seemed even louder. Would be nice if they played Italian music instead of spotify - it would add to the atmosphere.

I didn’t have as good of a time as I had expected. We weren’t told there was a Valentine’s Day special when seated, we were served by multiple people and one waiter forgot to give us the olive oil and chilli flakes we had requested while our pizza sat and turned cold. The side salad we ordered didn’t match the price on the menu. The restaurant is airy and has a draft. The servers hurried to clear our plates and turned off the lights to the dining room beside us and made us feel like we were being rushed out. The food was as good as expected, but it was spoiled by the poor table manners of the service staff.

We went for the first time yesterday in a snow storm. We fell in love with The restaurant and the people that looked after us there! One thing for sure Piatto is our favorite restaurant in Charlottetown!❤️

If looking for a classic Napolitan pizzeria then Piato's is it. Authentic Napoli pizza is of course a great choice but so is the rest of their menu. Always hard to choose. Their bruschetta is a superb choice to start your dining experience. A flight of Italian wines or the classic Peroni beer is great to wet your whistle. The staff are very courteous and make a Piato's dining experience top-notch.

We were there for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! The menu has changed since our last visit but everything on the menu sounded amazing. We had pizza and pasta for out main and shared the mozzarella balls. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere and staff are amazing. We will definitely be back!
