Piglet Wine Bar
Excellent food and service.
Great food especially the chef’s special and good service.
Good food and friendly service.
Picked a random wine from their “Weird Wine” section....it was great!
Lovely little spot with a great cosy and intimate atmosphere. Nice menu with authentic choices. Great staff who certainly know all about their wines...great to see!
We enjoyed our meal at Piglet. One of our party was delayed, and the server was very thoughtful about checking back to see whether we wanted him to submit our orders. I ordered the 4 wines/4 bites. The wine was all fantastic. The food also tasty -- not a lot to eat, so this is not a good choice if you are really hungry. We were seated upstairs. The noise level was not bad at all, which was good as the 6 of us needed to talk, and we were able to do so without trouble.
Piglet came well recommended and it lived up to that recommendation.
The food was fabulous( and very well priced).
The service was spot on, casual but efficient.
All four of us were very happy and had a great night.
Well done Piglet.
As usual, very good quality of food and good advice for wine
It was very hot upstairs on Saturday last . Food was good but croquettes a bit disappointing. Wine list good
Our meal at Piglet last year during a stay in Dublin was the highlight of our trip, so we were very much looking forward to revisiting. Unfortunately, during our second visit, we received the worst service we have ever experienced from our male server. He was rude, service was slow, and he even asked whether we would like to add a tip to our card payment. This is the first time in our lives that my husband and I have not given a tip!
The food, however, was delicious and we can not fault it in any way.
Great food, great service. Will be recommending
Really lovely staff, the food and wine are delicious, and the prices are reasonable
Brilliant wine list, loads of interesting and unusual stuff. Tasty food and great service
Had two days in Dublin. Booked Piglet for first night. Food was outstanding and service was over the top. Had booked another restaurant for the second night but my wife liked our experience at Piglet so well we canceled the other restaurant and booked Piglet for the second night. Glad we did. Our hostess remembered us from night before and to very good care of us. Piglet was one of our best experiences in Ireland so far. Will definitely go back if we ever get to Dublin again.
Food was excellent as was the wine, pleasantly surprised
Food absolutely gorgeous and staff extremely friendly and professional.
The best in Dublin, staff so nice and knowledgeable
An intimate very French treat in Temple Bar.
Cosy with great food and great choice of wine. Pastas are delicious and staff very helpful and friendly. Good for small groups
Really lovely food, great for a girl's night with wine and lovely meat/cheese boards. The staff were very helpful in recommending good sharing plates and wines.
Really enjoyed the dining experience and will be back. The staff were great
Great food and wine. Loved the pasta and the goats cheese on toast. Baked Cooleney was fab. Very interesting wine list.
Food was amazing, the only complaint was that although we booked our table for 8pm we were not seated until almost 9pm.
Very disappointing food not sure how it was in the top 100 food review on the Indo, wine was very nice bit overall food was poor
The Piglet was recommended to me by my daughter. I wanted to bring a Spanish friend to a special place, good food , good ambience and good service. Piglet ticket all of the boxes. While it was a busy day, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We both enjoyed the meal and the setting. All good!
Outstanding as usual!
I totally forgot to leave tips, I’ll tip double next time I’m in!!!
Such a fun place! We love a decent wine list and theirs was very good. Claire was a delight, let us sample a few wines to order just what we like. She recommended dishes and everything was so delicious. Octopus, deviled eggs, pasta w pork, and the prawns were divine! Plus they played great music. It’s cozy and charming. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, delicious interesting food and good value. We’ll definitely be back
We had a great corner table for 4 in the upstairs area. Would easily have seated 6-8 so we had lots of room, not so much at some other tables. Live music was excellent and just right for the small space. Service was very friendly and professional. Lots of variety and options for a small bite or full meal on the menu and all tasted good.
Nice food and lovely wine. I got the prawns but thought three was a small portion. Also tried the pasta and pork ragu which was lovely. Had chocolate cake for dessert and this was lovely to.
Very nice service and food. It was a lot actually. I left being full. :)
This was a lovely refuge on a stormy night last Friday. Music was beautiful as well. Thank you. C
Very enjoyable evening at Piglet with great wine and food. The mussels and prawns were very fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful from choosing a wine to advising on how much to order between us. They also gave us dessert wine to finish as we were there for a special occasion.
Great ambience great food and lovely staff .Dining area a little bit tight no doubt due to a lack of space .Will definitely return at a future date
Amazing food, great wine and outstanding service! Would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our visit to Piglet wine bar. Food was excellent and service very attentive
I really like Piglet. One of my favourite Dublin Restaurants. Great wines and lovely food. Was there for lunch and had the set menu. Had a nice time!
A favourite spot that I don’t get to visit as much anymore but a true gem in the heart of the city. Food punches so far above its weight and do I love to see proper wines by the glass. Above all else it’s the warmth of the welcome and the perfectly pitched service. It makes me smile !
lovely food, great service. some portion sizes a bit small for the money, still will return!
Fabulous restaurant/wine bar with delicious food, really lovely staff, gorgeous wine and in the centre of the city.
Never disappoints, this is a favourite go to of ours
