   Absolutely shocking customer service. We were late by 15 minutes and were charged 60 euro as a no show. The restaurant manager( dark hair, grey suit) his attitude was absolutely disgusting with no emotional intelligence in the slightest. We said we would sit if we were being charged 60 euro. He said the kitchen closes in 5 minutes, we said we won’t get food. The Manager said “ it’s 28 euro per person on food” I do not see this information on open table at all. He said that we were rude and condescending, that is absolutely shocking to say to a paying customer. As someone who also works in hospitality in a managerial position I was disgusted with the way we were treated. As we left he said “ you know where the door is” Considering Pink is owned by a very successful person, Oliver Dunne. I think this kind of experience needs to be investigated in more detail to avoid this manager speaking to guests like dirt. We were fully aware and apologised for being late although a true professional manager would of let it go and handled it with a bit of grace considering we were about to spend money which keeps your business a float. As a result of this experience I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone. Often we would recommend these restaurants to high paying guests although that will not be the case anymore. I would like a full refund of my 60 euro, considering we showed up but left because it was uncomfortable and shocking. I look forward to hearing from you

   Very cute restaurant. Nice of a ladies brunch However, lacks on soft drinks. I wanted a lemonade and wasn't available I'm not a big fan of mock cocktails as they are usually full of sugar and overpriced

   The main course was okay. Desert was delicious. Venue is incredibly dilapidated. The staff were nice and attentive. The restaurant is very tacky and it looks rundown from the outside and all the way through. The downstairs where the bathrooms were had a horrendous smell throughout the night.

   The service was fine, but the food no. We ordered 4 starters and cocktails. They didn't have burrata, they have mozzarella instead, although the waiter told us about this, it is not the same price we should pay for a different plate on the menu. the salmon was really bad :/ but the prawns were tasty in general the portions are small. the decoration is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my friends.

   This was our 5th time at Pink and each time was disappointing at some level ! Yesterday the food was good, unfortunately the service was very poor ! Our waiter was careless and looked like everything was annoying him and really unprofessional On the phone though, the lady was super nice and lovely and the man who looked like the floor manager was extremely professional when he saw that we were unattended by the end of our dinner and even apologised. Overall it was still another disappointing experience at the Pink and this will be our last visit ! What a shame !

    Very impolite and overbearing servers. The food was taken away while we were still eating. Tip added to the bill without first asking. Food is underseasoned. Impressive interior design. Seems to be fine if you are going there as a wine bar with a group of friends, but not ideal if you are there to get dinner! Would not recommend overall.

    Very disappointed with my visit to Pink yesterday evening, there’s little I can say that’s positive. The service was non existence and at one stage had to get up from the table to get the waitress attention. Ordered a tomato tartlet for starter which was good and a great combination of flavours but it was hot and cold in parts, not heated correctly. Ordered a steak for main course, flavour was good but the steak was cold and the pepper sauce was just awful. Didn’t order desert as didn’t want to be disappointed again. A lot of hype for below average dining experience. I wont be back!

    Booked afternoon tea and got a call for cancellation a few hrs prior. Went for lunch and the food was a bit bland , the only item I’d go back for are the arancini. I also felt it was a bit pricey for what we had.

    We dropped in for lunch while staying in the south city centre. The service was very good along with the lovely staff. My boyfriend chose the chicken tenders and they were really good. I chose the salmon salad bowl. It was fine except for the rice. It was too sour and not edible. The food plating was really good.

    Really enjoyable. Very attentive staff and then it dwindled when we were waiting to order dessert. It took a good bit of time before it came out too. Overall we had a lovely time!

    I had been to Pink before with some friends and had an overall great experience. But this time unfortunately, not so much... The food was still tasty albeit smaller portions (I guess one should expect that in a sort of upscale restaurant in Dublin nowadays), the cocktails were very eggy (I understand some cocktails have egg whites in them and that's perfectly fine but the ones I ordered were almost overpowered by egg flavour), but the service wasn't great. I asked for water around 3 times, the food took a long time to come and so did the bill. It was difficult to get the waiters' attention at times despite it not being so busy, especially towards the end of the meal. I will probably not come back because as much it is very pretty and "instagrammable", it's not worth the price.

    I had one of the best evenings so far this year. I met up with a couple of friends to celebrate the end of the academic school year and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in Pink. The staff was excellent; from the hostess down to the server everything ran smoothly. I will be going back, that is for sure.

    It was my wife’s birthday the waitresses came out with a small cake with a light on it and sing for her, highly recommend fantastic place to eat in Dublin

    Very enjoyable night last week with my partner. Food was outstanding. Cocktails were very nice. Great value for money. If I was to be critical about one small thing it would be we had to keep calling the waiter for another drink. But nothing bad enough to not go again. Will definitely be back.

    Midweek lunch. I was the only patron dinning which was a lovely experience in itself. “Pink is the new Black” cocktail was the choice of drink I had with my lunch. It was a very strong cocktail. Had a 3 course lunch. The starter was a goats cheese tartlet. Basic but did the job was tasty and satisfactory. Secondly I had the salmon teriyaki. This was a rather filling main course. However there was quite a lot of chillis in it that weren’t chopped up to minuscule pieces. There was a lot of endamame beans involved. Maybe too much even. The noodles were tasty served with the salmon. Then for the final course the white chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis. One of the best courses it was heavenly. Really enjoyed the dessert have to admit. Overall it was a lovely setting to go for lunch. A glamorous place indeed. The food was satisfactory for lunch but wouldn’t be in a hurry back. It’s a once off experience.
