   Love the food and service and appreciated them closing the windows on a chilly night not something that has happened before. The only issue is I wish they would turn off the screens so over screens everywhere. It came in in the 80s before then it was uninkable that a place would have screens when you went out to dine. Back then no one had screens with them now everyone does. They are distracting and are always on sport adding to the distraction it can make conversation challenging and destroys the atmosphere and sort of makes it more of a blokes domain. I have no clue why they still happen in dining places now when everyone has a screen with them.

   The staff are the best part of Potts Poimt hotel as it is my 'I can't be bothered cooking but I want something vaguely healthy to eat that won't cost a fortune' place so done solo moat of the time the staff can make or break the enjoyment. I stopped going to the PPH years ago when I was being treated as an outcast the staff would flock around their friends and those in groups got a bit more attention but a solo diner they ignored you or got a look of apathy it really was that you were looked at as the lowest form of diner. I am a strong person and won't let another's attitude impact but even for me it all just got to much and their were other places I could dine where I didn't have to deal with this attitude so I did. Just over a month ago a friend invited me to dinner at the PPH i wasn't thrilled as I was expecting the same horrid attitude of the staff. I was stunned the staff couldn't have been warmer, friendlier or more helpful. The food seems to have improved consequently I have now re-adopted the PPH and look forward to going their I just adore the place.

   Great food and friendly staff. Normally I would eat outside or near the windows, but this time we sat inside. The venue needs some sound absorbing material as all the concrete and glass just makes the sound bounce around. So don't go on a wet day/night ☺️

   The food was OK but nothing special. The protein was cooked as ordered however the serves were quite small, the salad ??? was nothing more than a small portion of green leaves with a dash of dressing. The meals were what I would expect of a cheap Tuesday Special except they weren't cheap or special. The drinks are average price. The staff are cheery and attentive. The location is good and provided it's a nice day and you're seated outside there's a passing parade to keep you entertained. I'd recommend the place but advise that expectations should be tempered.

   We held a small reception here and it was the perfect setting. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party and make us comfortable. No request was too much trouble. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious - more sophisticated than your average bar food but still offering great staple dishes. Prices were very reasonable. Functions team were excellent in helping us put this event together. Highly recommend! Thank you so much PPH x

    Table booked for 10 pax at 7pm, the Table that was reserved could only fit half the party, needed to ask repeatedly for an additional Table & chairs. Ordering through the QR code on the table, at least 4x the incorrect drinks were made. Found the staff not very helpful to rectify the issue with the booking which was made 3 weeks prior

    the steak I got was tough and full of gristle. There were 4 bar persons and 3 were making ordered drinks for the tables and 1 was serving us at the bar, I had to stand waiting in line for over 10 minutes

    Hotel was fine the booking system wasn’t great booked to be on roof top for lunch but turns out it doesnt open till 2.00pm snd it was the open.table booking system that was not working. Hotel all good I just recommend you book them direct & avoid using open table to book your parties.

    The reservation was not successful. The staff had to make up a table at the back of the outdoor section. OpenTable seems to be pointless here. Probably better to skip OpenTable and just turn up.

    The Menu was just your average pub food but value for money. I ordered the fish burger with chips, have to say the chips were the best I have ever had, so crunchy and moorish.

    Beautiful relaxed atmosphere. Went hoping for the Sunday roast & most importantly the Yorkshire pudding! Had a steak, chips Sunday roasts are not just in winter... Had a great margarita! Highly recommended the pub; great food!

    A great venue and very good value Food was good and our group of 12 were pleasantly surprised. Although would be nice if you had coffee The only real issue we had was ordering via the app We placed a single order for all our drinks and meals... a very time consuming exercise.. only to find at the payment stage that it was not working.. so the staff had to manually place the order! Friendly and helpful staff but I think they were a bit overwhelmed

    Service was perfect with 9 out of 10 employees. Much better odds than most businesses! Wonderful pub!! The owner takes such pride. Highly recommend you all visit the PP Hotel!! I go there regularly. By far my fav of all pubs in the area.
