Punch Room, EDITION’s signature bar concept, is an award-winning speakeasy-inspired bar concept that follows the standard set at other EDITION properties worldwide. Born in the 17th century, traditional punches utilized the exciting new ingredients discovered on the trade routes, the five traditional ingredients of punch highlighted spirits from Europe and the colonies.

Discovery, the new Punch Room Rome signature menu—a collection of pages inspired by personal diaries that bring to life a cast of imaginary characters: naval academy students, alchemists, philosophers, and merchants. United by a shared dream to gather knowledge for the future, they journey through time and across the world, carrying the spirit of Rome within them.

Each cocktail tells the story and flavors of its dedicated country using carefully selected ingredients representing its culinary identity.

The bar confirmed our reservation then canceled it last minute so they could have the entire bar booked out to one party. They sent a message in the app to inform us but did not send any email or truly cancel the reservation in the app. This caused us to show up without knowing they had made this change to our reservation. Customer service was severely lacking and the bar staff treated us like an inconvenience. I do not recommend anyone book with them since they do not honor their reservations.

We did attempt to reach you by phone, and we chose to contact you via OpenTable messaging, as we find it faster and more reliable to communicate. Unfortunately, on that evening the bar was entirely reserved for a private event, and we arranged to accommodate our guests at our Jade Bar. We did not cancel your reservation, as we were awaiting your reply, in line with our policy of not cancelling without confirmation. We truly regret any misunderstanding and would appreciate knowing if you had the chance to visit our Jade Bar upon arrival. Ambiente sofisticato e atmosfera di alto livello. L’orario dell’aperitivo pre-cena forse nn è il più indicato perché il mood era un po’ spento. I cocktail sono stati serviti con cortesia e attenzione. Un po’ caro il prezzo rispetto all’aperitivo offerto.
