   Asessibility is not great given the majority of f their clients are elderly..turnover and clearing of tables poor hard to get attention.saw 2 tables complain of non delivery of dessert.pasta was tasteless...veg overcooked with meat dish...soup nice but very over priced.crumble was so hard a jack hammer would have been required..overall very poor and wouldn't return or recommend to anyone

   Disappointing. The private restaurant felt more like a canteen or a breakfast room in a 3 star hotel. It was quieter than the main restaurant which is good and has better accessibility for those who may need it.

   We booked a table for 1.00 and showed up at 1.00 to be told "our reservation never came up on our system".. we had booked for 9 people and we ended up sittin at 2 different separate tables within the same area but a distance away..

   Table service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Varied menu you choice and something for everyone. When the food arrived it was hot and tasty. Table staff checked to make sure everything was ok and did we required anything. Good experience and would highly recommend.

   I have dined here several times. It took 1hour and 45 minutes this time to get a two course meal, no one got anything that was fancy dinning - all salads or sandwiches. Food was lovely but the service is appalling, so slow, we had to ask 4 times for cutlery to which we ended up getting ourselves. Need better staff, sorry to say it but that’s just the fact. Won’t be returning to eat any time soon as it’s not children friendly with the time frame. It worked better when you had the carvery system even though that was also slow!!!

   Lovely restaurant with very helpful staff. Food was very good and piping hot. They also have a great playground just outside to keep little ones occupied until the food arrived. That said it came pretty quickly.

   A good food experience. Food was cooked to perfection & well presented. Service was good if a little slow. Floor cleanliness was poor & tables were left for some time after they were vacated before clearing & clean up. Tables & chairs basic, not high end by any standards

   Had made a reservation but staff couldn't find the table. Then we were placed at a table where the bill hadn't been settled so they moved us again. Food was poor. Meat was tough. Dessert was at least one day old with cream solid and yellow and fruit dried up and starting to rot. This was a regular spot for us for lunch or dessert but it's gone massively downhill and will be telling others to avoid it!
