Really disappointed how much Red Lobster has changed and limited the menu. Many items have been removed included no longer offering Caesar Salad which has been a mainstay for as long as I can remember. Bad call Red Lobster!!! Because you have limited the menu as well as the service was just so so, I probably won’t be back. You gotta know that cutting corners just to save a few bucks isn’t a great idea. That and the fact that service isn’t what it used to be - you’re going to lose more customers and in this time of Red Lobster just barely hanging on - you’re probably going to end up closing your doors.

It was nice. Food was good but too much salt on the salmon. Maybe next time I’ll ask to go light on the seasoning

The restaurant is filthy. The chefs are lazy. Haven’t been in years so I took my kids because they’ve never been before and this was a horrible 1st impression

For a busy night everything went really well. Service was a little slow, but only because it was so busy. Our server was absolutely trying her best. Food was good, they do need to keep a better check on soup temperatures and not serve it in a cold bowl. I mean like a salad cold cold bowl. They definitely need to hire another bartender at the bar was backed up. But the biscuits are the bomb.

SERVER WAS AMAZING AND DID THE BEST SHE COULD TO MANAGE HER TABLES. YET HOW CAN A RESTAURANT BRAND IN BUSINESS FOR THIS LONG, PROVIDE SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ONE OF THE MOST CHERISHED DAYS OF THE YEAR! WE WERE TOLD IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL (6:45p RESERVATION), THAT MANY PEOPLE CALLED OUT AND THEREFORE WERE UNDERSTAFFED. WERE WERE FINALLY SERVED AT 8:25PM.

Due to being short staffed we expected delays. But 3.5 hours was unacceptable. We placed our orders promptly. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. Never received our appetizer. Food finally came out after 50 minutes. Asked for more bread never received it. Had to go orders placed after we realized we better do so, so that we wouldn’t have to wait. Well that took another hour. Couldn’t find waitress to get our check. Bill was incorrect and had to wait another 20 minutes to try and get it corrected. Still wasn’t right. Terrible experience!
