I love Red Lobster 🦞 but this place is terribly managed. From the reservation that kept bouncing off when I tried to make them to the host that picked up my call but couldn’t get me the reservation time that was available online. When we got there the cocktail on the menu wasn’t available, they were also out of the 2 Chardonnay on the menu, never mind that’s Costco is in the same parking lot, it was a 10 minute fix. They only had 2 waiters, both of them very sweet and helpful and then one of the two lobsters we got was chewy and overcooked. They were also out of asparagus, the dragon lobster specialty… as I said easily fixable issues. But those cheddar biscuits are still heaven 😇 We made the best of it, unlike the irate patrons around us. Sadly won’t go back.

Our server, Hawa, was excellent. Hawa was attentive, professional, delightful, and provided an outstanding knowledge of the restaurant’s menu items. However, our food arrived to our table without the necessary condiments / additives (ex: drawn butter, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, lemon slices) to ensure an ultimate dining experience. Unfortunately, the wait time to receive all food items ordered exceeded 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, we could not eat anything but the biscuits that were brought to our table because everything was overly salted and we sent our food back. The staff said that we were not the only ones complaining and the other diners where they were eating free because of their previous experience with the food being salty, and the table next to us sent their food back as well. We waited at least 30 minutes for our drink from the bar and they were not overly busy.
