Waited in the lobby for 15 min with 10 other people. No host or any other staff around. Went around to the bar which was dirty, also with no bartender or staff. After another ten minutes without seeing a staff memeber the rest of my party arrived and we went to Longhorn across the street and were sat immediately and we had a great time.

Pleasant experience. As expected. Very nice waiter, pretty good food! Not as busy as we expected which was wonderful.

There seemed to be plenty of servers but tables were all waiting. One family was there 15 minutes and no server ever came to get their drink orders so they left. Very slow service!

Everything was terrible and the score was 87.5 Never got refills for shrimp. It took over hour to get food. The orders were wrong. It was a lot of wrong and we should’ve turned around when we got there

This was never a favorite but my sister requested to go for her bday. Upon entering there was no hostess, litter on the floor. It took 30 minutes to be served drinks and 40 minutes for the cheese biscuits. Our server explained the debate was due to a take out order for 22. So they prepared the take out order before serving the guests seated 😳 The food was mediocre at best . There was no ambiance. Everything was ala carte..I can clearly see why they are going under. I will never go back!

We had a reservation for 8:15 pm at Red Lobster, and arrived at 8:00 pm. The line was out the door. People who had reservations for 6:00 pm had not been seated yet. They were overbooked! So we left. We tried to make another reservation for other restaurants through OpenTable, but since we had the open reservation for Red Lobster we were not allowed to make another one!!! So 0 star review for OpenTable also. Poor service all-around from Red Lobster AND OpenTable!!!

The restraunt was clean and employees greeted us with warm smiles. Our food was awsome. It took a little longer but seeing it was early on Dec 31......the restaurant was short of help. The delicious food took our mind we were just so happy to be at Red Lobster to eat!!! Happy New Year for 2026!!!!

Extremely disappointing. We had made reservations days in advance, knowing Christmas Day would be challenging. They were completely unprepared to serve customers. When we arrived, we were told it would be at least 2 hours before we would be served. Reasons for the delay were vague. Many, many angry customers who also had reservations. We eventually left and found a Chinese restaurant doing an excellent job with the Christmas rush. We will never return to this Red Lobster.

had reservations and still waited 30 minutes. Then waited two hours to be served. The waitress said they had a large party but clearly they were doing tons of take out while letting restaurant guests sit and wait. The waitress said we could leave but then started crying. We waited another 15 minutes but when the food came out it was A mess, soaked in butter and the steak was cold and hard on the outside. 155.00 wasted and the Christmas Day ruined. Wrote to them, no reply and the manager told another table who complained, well it’s the best they can do
