Priority seating not an option at this location. Once seated it took over an hour to get our dinner it wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot nor fresh. Shrimp was hard and dry. They were out of 2 of the 7 types of shrimp and we were there early evening. Overall captain D would have been better.

Date The food was great. The service was great. It was a laterdining time so the noise level was really moderate the ambience was perfect hard to beat!

It was my twins 11 year old birthday dinner. The waiter came out quickly with the cheese biscuits. He corrected our dinner immediately as soon as we told him we were short one plate. The bathrooms were extremely clean and smelled nice. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Service was great. We didn't have to wait long for our table, thanks to OpenTable. And our waiter was the best. Very pleased with the overall experience.

It was horrible. Waited 2 hours after our open table check in …food was cold. Service was awful and took 4 hours total time. Plus seamed to be out of everything we asked for to drink. Complete disaster and will never or recommend going

Using the app(Open Table) for Red Lobster in Springfield MO was pointless. Red Lobster told me when I called earlier that day to ask about this “waitlist” that it would cut my wait time in half. Not sure how. I wasn’t put on the waitlist until arriving even though they had my Open Table confirmation. We did this because Red Lobster won’t take reservations and my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday. We waited almost an hour with three young kids. Had it not been a birthday request, we would have left. I would have given a one star for service, but our waiter was wonderful! We have always been big fans of this restaurant. I hope this gets figured out.

The food is always fantastic at Red Lobster and because we chose to dine there mid-afternoon on July 4th, it was not its usual crowded self. That meant a lot less noise and the waitstaff had plenty of time to take especial care of us. It was terrific!

I made reservations on open table and when I arrived I was told it didn’t make any difference and it would be 20 to 30 minutes. Same as the hostess told all the other next people that came in without a reservation. Why is it on open table to make a reservation?

Our time at the Red Lobster was quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent and the orders were right. The server was great. He kept checking on us and removing the used dishes promptly. It's been a long time since we had service that good.

Food average. Clams were old. Fettuccini Alfredo was greasy. Server was being run by the other table. Which was loud, obnoxious and having trouble handling their liquor. Needless to say we were overlooked. Not necessarily his fault. I hope the other table covered him with a nice tip, since they were getting all his attention running them an endless supply of napkins and cheese biscuits. Lol

Red Lobster has always been a good place to eat in our town. It is pretty much the only seafood place... but it definitely has good seafood. Our waitress helped make the evening even more enjoyable by being efficient and personable. We will go again.

Waited 40 mins for lobster roll appetizer and over an hour for oue meal. Missed an appointment with friends due to Such a significant wait. Very poor service. Worst spend of $80 in a great while.

Seating time was great, food was great. Wait staff was was very slow to acknowledge presence, did not know drink availability, did now return to table for water refills, etc.
