    Our server was great! We had a toddler and small child with us and our server was patient! Kind and friendly, supportive! Good food and service. We went for an earlier supper so the restaurant was not over crowded. Well done!

    It took 15 mins for a waitress to come to our table. Then we ordered the shrimp fest and the waitress told us there would be a bit of a wait since other people were ordering that as well. We said that was fine thinking it would be maybe 20 mins or so. We sat there for 45 mins no food in sight. We then told the waitress that they had 4 mins to bring our food or we were leaving. The manager came over with the waitress with our food and apologized for the delay. Offered us a free dessert which we didn’t take and a discount on our food. Received our bill no discount. We paid the full bill went over to the manager handed her our bill and let her know that if she’s going to offer a discount that she should follow through on it. We then left the restaurant. We hadn’t been at Red Lobster for years and I don’t see us going back!

    We decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at Red Lobster with one side of the family. Table of seven and our server was extremely attentive and helpful. Food came out at a good pace and was reasonably priced. We enjoyed ourselves and it was a great experience. Kudos to the management and staff for a job well done.

    the service was very slow, she forgot our drinks and we waited an hour from when we sat until the food came. the refills came quick but the original meal took a long time. we sat for a long time after our meal for our waitress to come for our bill. rather than paying attention to her table she kept clearing other tables. we weren't really impressed with her service

    I ordered a Cesar and apparently the drink menu of the Cesar was changed to something new called “smoked”. It was awful. So our server made me one with the old recipe. It was delicious. Jessica went above and beyond for us. She is so happy and always smiling. We enjoyed our dinner and my drink very much.

    It’s Red Lobster. You must know what you’re getting into. It’s fairly expensive for very mid food and super-busy 1980s Denny’s ambience. Only worth it if you’re planning to really push the limits of an “all you can eat” promotion (and maybe an older relative is paying).
