We booked via OpenTable, received a confirmation and were requested to re-confirm (which we did) only to arrive last night for NYE dinner (31DEC25) and the place was closed. The front desk manager of the hotel said the restaurant recently changed hands but they’ve made no attempts to get in contact with reservations to proactively cancel - we were not the first to find out this way, apparently and the hotel is managed separately so had no way of accessing confirmations or contact information. He said the new owners are keeping the same name to benefit from prior goodwill and reputation so be warned: it’s not the same business in 2026.

Our meal at Restaurant Bachaumont was incredible, one of the best we've had. The taste was delicate and really impressed us. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow though all the personnel were very nice.

Met openly at entrance Warm friendly environment for a dinner for two Food presentations and taste wonderful Left feeling full and content Scallops w shiso leaves were awesome Sea Bass superb and the pigeon dish overall was unbelievable really - very pleased

Have I ever had better chicken and mashed potatoes? No. The spot is quaint romantic and picture perfect Paris, the service was engaging, with drinks and wine that set the table and the food!! Have I ever had better steak tartare? No.
