Ich fühle mich sehr getäuscht . Ich hatte die Kupel ausgesucht und auch gebucht, ohne darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass dieser Ort gar nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht! Also mussten wir unten platznehmen und ein " Bahnhofshallengefühl" erleben. Der Niedergang des Hotels "Hilton" scheint nicht mehr aufzuhalten zu sein! Schade!

Leider hat das Restaurant die Reservierung nicht gekannt. Glücklicherweise haben wir dennoch einen Tisch bekommen. Ich muss sagen, das ist uns auch das erste Mal passiert. Ich weiß nicht, wo der Fehler lag. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Anbieter wäre dennoch hilfreich. Viele Grüße aus Berlin. Michael Walther

Used to have tuna marinated jn beetroot sauce for example but not anymore, but overall food was delicious, excellent service.

Der Herr am Flügel war ganz reizend aber leider viel zu laut. Nicht schön wenn man sich anschreiben muss.

Die Reservierung wurde nicht für möglich erachtet. Zum Glück hatte ich die Bestätigungsmail mit. Man saß ewig vor benutzen Tellern, Kellner sprach nur englisch. Ich war vor einigen Jahren schon einmal dort brunchen, es war um Längen besser.

10 Uhr Termin, 10:30 Uhr war schon Abräumen angesagt. Im großen Saal herrschte Bahnhofsathmoshäre. Das Personal war nett bei Ansprache. Selbstständig wurde keine Hilfe angeboten. Wir hatten uns bei diesem Hotelnamen mehr versprochen.

Das Buffet hatte eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl in hervorragender Qualität und Frische. Der Servive war sehr aufmerksam und umaufdringlich.

Das Frühstücksangebot war von der Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen gut, aber nicht über Standard. Die Kaffeeautomaten haben leider nicht funktioniert, das Saftangebot war begrenzt Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Personal. Der Preis von 32€ für das Frühstücksbuffet ist angesichts des Angebots eher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt.

Das Essen war wirklich gut und darum ging es uns. Unser Tisch war sehr nah am Piano und uns war es dort deutlich zu laut, eigentlich sehr schön mit Livemusik, aber wir waren eben zu nah dran. Ich hätte mir im Hilten etwas mehr Service vorgestellt, dass man zum Tisch geleitet wird, regelmäßigiger leeres Geschirr abgeräumt wird etc., aber wie gesagt, wir waren wegen des Essens da und sehr zufrieden damit. Wir würden wiederkommen, allerdings mit Rabatt-Gutschein.
