Beautiful setting with both great service and delicious fresh food. Our waiter was attentive and helped us with wine and food choices. The crème caramel dessert was out of this world!!

Orsan is an excellent restaurant with sumptuous food and brilliant ambience. The waiters were very kind and professional. We had a great experience.

We had a table right on the water at sunset and it was beautiful! The service was excellent. Warm and friendly interactions with our waiter and all staff. We started with the octopus salad, fish soup and smoked tuna. All delicious but the smoked tuna was our favorite. Our main dishes were the black risotto, seafood pasta and seafood gnocchi. The food did not disappoint along with the Croatian wine.

The most beautiful setting however that was the only positive. The photographs on the website of the amazing food is nothing like what we were served. The food was appalling, the worst I have ever eaten in Croatia. If you like paying for overpriced frozen fish dishes then this restaurant will be perfect. However if you want authenticity with delicious fresh fish avoid like the plague

We had seen this restaurant on the show "Feeding Phil" so we definitely wanted to try it. It is located down a set of stone steps with tables just feet from the water. All the tables are spaced nicely and the service was superb. My lobster was incredibly good. We enjoyed our evening there and do not regret spending an evening there. It is very special.

This has to be one of the most unique dining experiences - it’s like stepping back in time The most delicious seafood dishes in a beautiful setting on the waterfront

We started planning a visit to Croatia a year ago as part of our 40th wedding anniversary. This restaurant has been on my bucket list even longer and was the first reservation I made. I had very high expectations, sadly maybe a little too high. The location is magical, all the pictures can’t capture its beauty. Our waiter was excellent, assisted with questions and offered several recommendations. I had their house white wine, my bride had cola. For appetizers, we had the scallops and oysters. The oysters come from a place a little north of the restaurant called Ston - they were clean, mild, and tasty. The scallops were cooked on the grill in their shell - very tender. For our main course we got the black risotto (my dream dish) and lobster with pasta (waiter’s recommendation). This is where it started going south… Both dishes were room temperature and all the seafood in the dishes were cooked to death. The risotto tasted OK, but I’ve much less expensive versions which were much more flavorful. We talked to the waiter about the pasta dish; he was very professional and had the chef make another one for us. The redo wasn’t much better - flavor was OK, lobster overcooked, pasta was OK, but I would expect more based upon the price. I kept focusing on the location and my bride reminded me we had a 14€ pizza with truffles at a location with a similar view the day before. Overall, some of my expectations were not met, had a OK meal at a wonderful location with a very attentive waiter. Bucket list item checked, won’t be back.
