seit Januar 2017 begeistern wir mit unserem ungezwungenen und lockerem Konzept Hannover.
In der offenen Küche kreiert Küchenchef Thomas und sein Team, nachhaltige und puristische Gerichte, die man in einem Menü von 5-7 Gängen genießen kann.

    Exquisites Menü und tolle Geschmackserfahrungen! Der Service war erfrischend, die Informationen zu den einzelnen Gängen sehr aufschlussreich. Da das Wetter entsprechend gut war konnten wir in stilvoller Atmosphäre draussen sitzen.

    Such a great time. I e are used to go to restaurants with 1, 2 or 3 stars in Michelin guide, and yesterday evening we had such a nice and so delicious experience! This has been a long time we found all so original and good. Really enjoyed it with perfect pairings

    En general estuvo muy bien. De la comida, el mejor plato fue el de pepino, muy bien los postres y los aperitivos. Platos que no estaban indicados en el menú fueron muy buenos. El plato principal muy salado. Maridaje de bebidas no alcohólicas muy logrado. Servicio amable aunque nos añadieron una tercera botella de agua que no habíamos pedido. Avisamos del error y rectificaron El agua muy cara, al igual que el café.

    Es war ein super schöner und sehr geschmackvoller Abend. Wir sind glückselig nach Hause gefahren. Wir werden nochmal wiederkommen, versprochen. Vorher wird der Frühe Vogel getestet

    Ganz hervorragender Service, ausgezeichnete Weine und hervorragendes Essen. Jeder Wein passte perfekt zu den einzelnen Gängen und wurde ausführlich beschrieben (Herkunft etc.). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.
