Head Chef, Troy Watson, has put together a brand-new menu, packed with flavour and tasty fare. Aside from a nice variety of gorgeous mains, you can also try out the beautiful, fresh wood fired pizzas from the pizza oven!
Roberta’s is filled with volumes of natural light pouring through the fantastic windows on either side of the building – and through one of the key focal points, the breath-taking glass atrium style ceiling. The sky stretches out above you as you grab a comfortable booth, sink into a cosy chair with a frothy beer or a crafted cocktail on the courtyard style terrace, or pull up a stool at the bar.
Rushed off our table even though restaurant wasn’t full.
Food was mediocre
Waiting staff pleasant but some had poor English
Would recommend to pop in for a drink
Food was great, service was bit slow but lovely staff, a very busy night for them!
We were celebrating my daughters 19th birthday. We had 4 steaks which were not tender and badly cooked. The potatoes were over cooked. I had also requested a birthday cake which they totally forgot. Very disappointed
Lovely food & wine. But the restaurant was far too loud could not hear my partner talking to me during the meal.
Very disappointed ,it was very cold where our seats was .food was ok ,not value for money .Dont Think it is a place for dining as a couple ,very loud .Our desert was the worse I ever seen .It was berries Elton mess .Which was a bought hard merguire broke up and a few berries over it ,discussing at a cost of 10 Euro .Will not be recommending Roberta to any one .This was a very speacial ocassion for us but turned out disappointed .
Great food, great service, two hour sitting was a bit rushed (but to be fair it is December) but otherwise it was a lovely meal. Very accommodating to my friend with a nut allergy, no issues with tweaking the dishes to suit her! Will definitely go again!
We were expecting a christmas lunch menu but got a very poor brunch menu instead and the food itself was just about ok
There was a large groupopo of men seated beside us and we could barely hear ourselves talk
The staff were pleasant
I had a friends Christmas party here on Saturday day from 1pm and it was a lovely setting for it. Everyone really enjoyed their food and I would definitely go back. In fact I am booked in for dinner at the end of the month already.
Great service and fantastic food! Came in as a group and were very well looked after. Delicious pizza!!! Will definitely be back!
Great place, great atmosphere, service a bit slow but busy season so understandable. Always loving going back!
The service was amazing and it's a lovely setting. The food was just so bland and overcooked though.
I had the breakfast muffins, they were dry beyond belief. I'm a regular customer in Dollard and Co and the breakfast muffin served down there is much nicer. My friend had the burger and it too was so dry and the bun fell apart which would indicate it was not fresh.
I'm not one to complain and I will be back again as maybe the kitchen had an off day but honestly, the food was not good on the day in question.
The place is very nice, great decor. But the food was expensive and not that impressive to be honest. Me and my friends had brunch, I had a Eggs benedict which was alright, but their burger was really dry. They needed the table after a few hours, which is understandable for this time of the year, but a heads up that this could happen would have been great, we thought we were fine since the place wasn't packed. The cocktails were great. In the end, you pay more for the ambient than the food itself.
Gorgeous place, food was amazing and a lovely treat. Staff were very attentive also
I was in Roberta’s with a group on a Friday and we were seated in one of the private rooms which was beautiful had a set menu which was a bit pricey at €45 for 3 courses but given it’s in temple bar probably typical Dublin price. Food and wine both really good.
I was back with a friend on Sunday much quieter we were there early service not great we were forgotten about a few times! We had pizzas they were good but nothing amazing and they are pricey for pizza. We shared a desert these are also expensive at €8-9.
Lovely venue and on the Friday night was busy and good atmosphere but it is pricey.
From the outside give much to the place but when you go upstairs you are amazed by a super modern bar/restaurant. Went there for Sunday brunch and had a great time. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was good and at reasonable prices. Will certainly go again for lunch or dinner.
We enjoyed a lovely evening with friends over from New York, they really liked the fool and loved the atmosphere and the surroundings, they agreed very "New York" style, which was why I chose Robertas, had eaten here before and had a good night.
I had the tuna which was lovely, portion size small enough, but very tasty. The americans had the rib eye which they devoured! another in the party had salmon, which she said was beautiful, my husband had pizza which he said was very average. Sides were tasty, crispy fries and lovely baby potatoes in a cream sauce.
Loved the cauliflower, could have been larger portion also.
Dessert menu wasnt very exciting, and nobody chose anything, we had skipped starters to have dessert, but nothing appealed to us.
Coffees were good, service friendly and patient, and front of house very nice too.
I would return again.
Wide-ranging menu (meats, fish, pizza, pasta) and good wine selection. Friendly efficient Staff and a nice buzzy atmosphere. Good for groups.
Nice food but seemed short of staff.
Our waiter was very pleasant but seemed too stretched and we went long periods without attention. The restaurant missed out on at least 1 full round of drinks because of time lapses of him coming back to us.
Gorgeous place, good menu, really good cocktail waiters. Food is too expensive for what it is, but just skip a starter or dessert and you're away.
Menu choice underwhelming & very limited I thought, am a good eater with no food intolerances- but struggled to find anything I really wanted to eat in v limited menu.
Staff very pleasant & it has a nice buzz.
I visited Robertas with friends for a catch up night. We loved it! Cocktails were brilliant, service was great. Food was delicious. Ambience was lovely..The place was full and lots of chatter but you were able to have conversation at your table. Highly recommend!
Waitress was fab!
I really enjoyed the food here and the cocktails were lovely. The only thing that was annoying was that we were rushed off of our table after the two hour mark. I appreciate if it was really busy and people were waiting for the table but we were at the bar finishing our drinks and the table we left was still empty about 40 minutes later when we were leaving.
Lovely venue. Very noisy. A bit chaotic. Our waiter had a bad attitude. I moved my seat to sit closer to person I was with and he asked me rudely to move it back so I wouldn't be in anyone else's way. I asked the other clientele around me and they said it was no bother at all. Way over prized for the moderately good food.
First visit, I booked it for a group of girlfriends who wanted to escape the suburbs and go 'out out' on an early Christmas night! It certainly delivered, we felt like we were in New York. Had aperitifs at the bar, enjoyed the buzz. The pals loved the place which was a great relief! Our meal was delish...all agreed. The staff were lovely too.
Will definitely be back and I'd say all the gals will be recommending Roberta's. Personally have looked up other venues in your group and will check out in the future as like the decor and ambience. Tx Ger
Excellent night great value
Entertainment fun & service excellent
We had brunch there on Saturday it was amazing
The staff very helpful and friendly,
The food was fantastic lots on your plate. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back
Huge restaurant, full so great atmosphere. Would be great for large group parties. Highly recommend the tiger prawn linguine, was really tasty 😋 service was really good
Loved discovering Roberta's on our trip to Dublin. We wanted a good meal - not more fish and chips - and Roberta's delivered! The linguine with prawns and mango was wonderful. Light and tasty. The salmon was also very good. We went on a Sunday evening so it was relatively quiet. However it is a very large place and there was a DJ setup - so I suspect it can get pretty loud!
Loved it food was amazing service was great it got abit busy so we were waiting a while to pay .
Really good. Cocktails👊
Everything was really lovely!
I went to Robertas on Saturday evening for a meal with my friends for my birthday.
The food was lovely as usual and the service was fantastic.
Everything was exactly as we asked and the waiter who looked after us was so attentive and efficient.
They also picked up through conversation it was my birthday and had a lovely surprise at the end of the dinner.
Very pleasant evening! Lovely venue, tasty food and professional staff. Would recommend Robertas.
It must’ve been good if I’m taking time to review! Here for my birthday. Friendly service, lovely interiors, fabulous food! My group really enjoyed it! Thanks!
Had high hopes after reading a review but found the food and service underwhelming. Beautiful space and clearly lots of thought went into restaurant design. Would recommend stopping for drink and elsewhere for food.
Great venue, nicely spaced out so you're not on top of the tables next to you. Staff were excellent. Great atmosphere, highly recommend.
Lovely ambiance, attentive service and well priced.
This restaurant is really lovely and the food was gorgeous but it is a bit pricey. Service was excellent. We would definitely go back. We went at 6pm prior to a gig and it does get busy around 7pm.
