This place looks amazing. It is super stylish and luxurious. The staff on the other hand were dressed in very casual clothes and runners which seemed strange. The food was nice but really nothing special for the price. The chicken was very expensive for a smallish piece of chicken on a few carrots and some gravy. The duck pizza was pretty good though. We had an ice cream sundae each afterwards and again was small and nothing special. Our waitress was excellent and attentive but we were sitting by the wall of windows and it was so cold. We would loved to have stayed longer to have some drinks but we were just too cold!
Venue fantastic except for the draft down the chimney along side our table which made some of our party feel rather cold so much so we asked to move table after our meal
Overall we had a fantastic experience in Robertas.
The only negative is that towards the end the service was quite slow - we were given a desert menu, but about 15 minutes or so had passed by the time our server came back, we then decided to not go for desert and head home.
Food & cocktails were gorgeous. We were recommended by fellow colleagues to book Robertas, I'll definitely be passing on the recommendation.
Delish brunch - yummy Eggs Benedict & great coffee - a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon
I loved the ambiance of the place however the food was just average. I thought the brunch menu was over priced, 16 euro for eggs with salmon and salmon was just a tiny piece. We ordered latte but there was no sugar on the table, no salt. The latte was spilled on the way and was still served regardless. There s so much hype about the place however we didn't really get the value for money and the service was just average. The place has a potential but I found it a little disappointing as we were looking forward to the experience.
A fabulous space with a vibrant and cosmopolitan vibe.
Really enjoyed it. Food and service was amazing. Highly recommended!
The atmosphere was good, especially as it got darker outside. The lady who served us was great.
The food though was very disappointing, it seemed like quantity was emphasised over quality. It was too expensive for what was served.
The serving of cod for the main course was very large, tasteless and not cooked through, raw in the centre. My husband's steak went cold very fast and as a result was not enjoyable beyond the first couple of bites. Our daughters had pasta and pizza and were happy with their food.
Given the cost of the main course it was not good to be asked to spend another €10 per person for potatoes and vegetables.
It was our daughter's birthday so we did not want to make a fuss over the food but I would not be recommending Roberta's to anyone for food. Our experience was that we were charged a lot for very poor food.
Just also to note that the absence of a vegetarian option for the main course was unusual.
Gorgeous restaurant and bar area which was very fitting for a special occasion meal. We all enjoyed the food (the King Prawn Linguine special was notably good) and the cocktails were amazing. Very friendly and fast service - would certainly recommend.
We were visiting Dublin from Liverpool for a group 30th celebration and wanted somewhere a bit special that could accommodate a group of 7. We were given a lovely big plush booth which meant the whole group could easily chit chat without having to shout from opposite ends of a table and we enjoyed some cocktails and food. The menu isn't huge but there's something for everyone and it was all delicious. Would recommend the parmesan fries too, yum! It feels really luxury inside and we loved the olive tree behind our booth.
Very cool interior, great atmosphere, super service & good food!
Roberta's was great. They have a good variety of food and drinks. The service was excellent. I had the linguine, my husband had the pork, a friend had the steak and everything was great.
Really good service. Food excellent too. Highly recommend this place.
Fab Sunday afternoon brunch at Roberta's! No problem making substitutions on dishes which arrived promptly and were extremely tasty. Great space and decent value
Excellent vibe, location and a wonderful venue! Would recommend and will be back in this fabulous hot spot!
Food was exceptional, wanted to order all the specials, great service and comfortable seating. Stayed after dinner for drinks as the atmosphere was buzzing!
We were spittle disappointed with the wait for our food last Saturday, but the waitress was very attentive and we did get notified of the delay. Overall, I love this restaurant, great place to have dinner with friends, it's got a great vibrant ambience and never too loud that you can't hear each other at the table.
This place is unique , u can get quiet and romantic or u can wild and euphorical over the newyorkez/ french style
Went for our wedding anniversary, enjoyable meal in all
Gorgeous place, great location, great food but horrible noise levels. The food was really nice, however, this is not the place for a quiet or romantic date. They forgot to factor in the acoustics are when they designed the place (like many a place in Dublin) and the noise bounces off glass metal and red brick relentlessly. We were eager to pay and leave. I wouldn't advise people not to go but just be aware it will be hard to hear yourself speak, much less have a proper conversation. Fine if you like noisy venues.
We wanted to be a little outside of the Temple Bar scene and took a look at this menu before making the reservation. We didn't know it had not been open long, or the plans for the future. Unfortunately, we won't be around to see it as we are visiting - one from the USA and one from the UK! Our meal included a starter, main course and a shared dessert. The staff were extremely attentive. The front door is very misleading, don't pass up the opportunity to visit this place. Eventually, it will be the place to go. We loved the decor and the ambience.
We were sitting right beside the window with a fabulous view of the Liffey. One of our party had a birthday and without any notice the waitress organised a birthday plate with a candle and they made a fuss of our friend. Cocktails were delicious and the staff were all very friendly. Wonderful night
The food is excellent, wine is amazing, cocktails are great and the service is brilliant! I would definitely recommend Roberta's!
Unfortunately this was a very poor experience. Menu direction is all over the place and descriptions are rather odd : a popsicle turned out to be a filled pasta dish! Duck pizza was very under baked, so much so that it wasn't charged for.
It will be some time before I or my host will be back, indeed I havery declined an invitation to meet others there next week. A bright buzzy place, OK service, but needs to find its feet in terms of its food offer.
Food was lovely (slightly small portions) and staff were very friendly & attentive, would definitely return & recommend to others
Great spot. Would highly recommend thus restaurant . A hidden gem
I have been to Roberta's a couple of times. I love the venue, the openness, the space, the way it is laid out, the interior design and the way an old building has been brought to life. The food is very good without being amazing. I had the jamon iberico starter which was beautifully presented and all tasted great. Had the pizza with parma ham and soft Italian cheese which was also very good. The menu is short and a bit quirky and there quite a few things which I would not eat which is unusual for me. We had excellent service - very attentive, professional, friendly and efficient. We dined on a Sunday evening when there were very few eating but loads hanging around the bar and so it was very noisy which made easy conversation a bit difficult.
Really nice New York vibe, with a small but tasty menu and attentive staff.
Cracking spot for brunch! Food and drinks all on point. Definitely worth checking out.
Very good service and food was exceptional . I have recommended it to my friends family and co-workers !
Really impressed by this spot. Felt like we could have been in new York ! Loved the decor, the atmosphere&the vibe. Food was great! Blueberry pancakes very good. Service was good, non intrusive but efficient. Would love to go back (when not pregnant) for cocktails!
Great food and a really great server- went above and beyond and very attentive staff all round! Worth a visit
Great atmosphere, scenary, food and amazing service!
Poor service, half an hour waiting for table. Bar man didn't open of pour wine, food wasn't delicious which is what you hope for!
Food presentation was unexpectedly bland and difficult to eat from the basket. Processed cheese was very dry and the dish was tasteless.
We'll go back with friend but will scrutinize the menu first.
The food was nothing special, portions are too small yet everything is still over priced. My €8 chocolate dessert was the silliest plate of food I have ever been served. It looked like half of it was missing.
Loved location surrounding great atmosphere fab. Bar fine. Cocktails good. No showmanship. Food - Jamon does not need cheese all over it to enhance taste it will do it naturally does not need cheese on top . In general food ok acceptable pizza under cooked in parts should be chared all over for sourdough effect. filet steak over cooked leeks over cooked mushrooms not necessary expensive with no accompaniments . Sirloin over cooked same for side accompaniments . Dump mush and leeks vibe.... give a good side order of choice to accompany instead eg chips mash or. .....Something else.... Dessert was miserable. Espresso martini en pointe. Loved everything else will return but will point our bad bits to friend family. Keep going. Will be back and hope slight changes made.

Really enjoyable evening. Loved the decor and great atmosphere. Food was delicious as were the cocktails. We will definitely go back again.
Great new spot in Dublin! Fancy drinks and average food in nice ambiente
I went with friends for dinner. The starter and cocktails took nearly an hour to arrive. The waiter forgot to order one of our starters so we received it with our main dish. The food was average, but the service was incredibly slow (slow water refills, took a while to bring the bill and the credit card machine, accidentally charged us for an additional dish we didn't get, forgot to put one of the orders in). Has potential to be a lovely place with the ambience and location, but wasn't a great experience.
