3rd time here. Food is great, but is let down by terrible terrible service. Food takes an age to arrive, waiting staff are not attentive at all, socialising amongst themselves but ignoring empty plates and glasses, not seeing if you need help. Kids very unhappy having to wait an hour for their food. We won’t be going back. Shame, as food is really good.

Lovely venue food presented perfect but felt not enough seafood in pasta, steak cooked perfect but with only potatoes as a side was a bit poor.

Music very loud and not suited to dining. Most tables outdoors - was cold at night but fans on high. Very noisy cars screaming past within metres of tables. Food was exy but all good if delicious and overall good experience - none of it was. Staff walked out of the kitchen wiping their head with the bottom of their shirt before walking into the bar area. Asked if much could be lower - such horrible music and so loud - couldn’t hear staff talking to us. We were told no. Barramundi swimming in watery butter - whipped ricotta tasteless - all guests at our table left half or more of their meal unfinished. No atmosphere in keeping with an Italian restaurant, noisy, sloppy, not good food…focaccia bread was delicious - that’s it…sorry but it’s how we found it.

Won’t be back! Visits 12 months apart like chalk and cheese! Overcharged over $200 for wine until we noticed and had to go back and have corrected. Barely there service. Very different experience this time around

The meals were amazing as usual, we had the all you can eat option, we hadn’t even started on our pasta and the server bought over our pizzas , there was no room on the table for 2 pizzas as well as our pasta dishes , they then took the pizzas away and sat them under the heat lights to keep them warm which was great , if Rocky’s is going to bring out all the food we ordered in one trip, maybe they need to have larger tables to put all the food on, the prices have skyrocketed since the new owners have taken over as well but the food was still amazing

Food was exceptional, the playground area was a bit less of a nice ambience compared to the front but we had the area to ourselves and our 3 kids had a ball on the playground
