We went to Rooster's for a business dinner. The food was uniformly excellent. The prices are on the steep end, and it's noisy, but it was definitely somewhere I'd return.

The dinner was great ! Loved our selections. The chicken was outstanding ! Moist and flavorful. The sides were amazing! Our waiter Andrew was very helpful and attentive. The dessert was by far my favorite dessert of all time. I highly recommend sharing the coconut cake as it is an experience you won’t want to miss! We enjoyed our evening very much

Cool vibe, friendly staff and awesome food. Because it is a wood-fired grill, the restaurant can be quite smoky, but we would still eat there again - it is worth it!

Rooster’s has a diverse menu with fantastic sides. Everything was delicious and done to perfection. The waiter was attentive and asked if we had a parking voucher that he could have validated. That saved me $10! Location is excellent for pre theatre dining!

One our favorite places while in NC. Food was fantastic and we sat by the kitchen and got to watch all the dishes go out. It was entertaining and we wanted to try everything. Save room for dessert- peanut butter pie was fantastic!

Roosters is a great place for ambience . Our service was on par and beyond . My husband had the hamburger fries and onion rings. The onion rings were great would have been better with a spicy dip to go with them. I had sides. The sweet potatoes were good, crispy and the mustard crème tasted great with them. The Kalettes were not my cup of tea and would not recommend them. The dessert was yummy and real big. I just expected more and better food from this place maybe we ordered the wrong thing

We always have a wonderful culinary experience at Roosters before heading to The Jazz Room. I had the Mahi Mahi which was fabulous. The flank steak was tasty but chewy. The peanut butter pie was delicious. The French Bordeaux wine was perfect. Staff is always attentive.

The food was great. Loved the bar atmosphere. When we got to the table it was close to the chefs area. It was a little loud for a quiet dinner. If you can get seated farther from the kitchen I think it's an amazing place. I had a half bbq chicken and fries which was awesome. The portions are large and easily shareable. My wife had the flank steak and butter beans which she said brought her back to her childhood. Overall a great place to eat.

This was our first time and we will go back again. Rachel provided a great experience for us even going above and beyond letting us taste different wine options to find one that was what we were looking for. Our appetizer, main dish choices, and dessert were all do overs. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, but always forgot to make reservations. Knew we were going to be uptown for a concert so made a reservation 6 weeks in advance and so glad we did! I had the braised beef short rib (OMG - so delicious) and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his 1/2 BBQ chicken. We also had the cheddar, potato broccoli soup and au gratin potatoes. Dessert was coconut cake and peanut butter pie. Felix, our server, was attentive and very helpful with suggestions since this was our first visit to this establishment. It won’t be our last!
